On Black Friday I came in and saw all kinds of deals ranging from 20-60% off. I always find good jeans so I went to buy 2 pairs that were on sale. Instead of the 50% that was advertised they were over $30+ dollars a piece only $10 dollars off if that. I went home later that night and looked online and they were no lie $20 dollars a piece the exact same pairs that I went to buy in person on Black Friday were cheaper online !! Couldn’t Relive it they are cheating you out of money very disappointed

I purchased jeans online for my daughter and they were the wrong size. When I took them to old navy for an exchange the lady at the counter who I believe was the manager was rude and loud so that other people could hear her. She broke my daughter’s spirit that day because of her rudeness and I usually stand up to rude people but I was thrown a loop from this woman for sure. Bad day maybe? Thank you for ruining my time with my daughter with shame in your words. Someone needs a new manager, you ma’am are not better than anyone else. Customers matter even if they are 13….customers matter if you don’t have the response in a nice manner call customer service because I am sure they do!

My daughter brought me there for mothers day and bought me a few things. Very nice dress and skirt set along with some shorts. I was pleasantly surprised with the styles and prices. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional

girls working the cash registers and the managers were extremely rude, manager wouldn’t honor coupon after struggling to explain how the coupon worked, best she could say is “you still have another day to use it or you could go online”, woman up at register that was called over to help our original cashier was also clueless, and gave us a dirty look on the way out.
