Make sure you give them your vin number because otherwise they will most definitely give you the wrong part. They won't ask you and are not good at finding the right part.

You will be lucky to get Maddox unless you’re Hispanic. I’m not Hispanic and was ignored until Maddox made his way from the back and noticed no one was helping me. MADDOX WAS Super knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve been hung up on twice also. I ONLY PUT 4 STARS BECAUSE OF MADDOX . It would be one star if it was for him.

Yo what's the deal Joseph went to get a battery, 3/4 and He didn't want to help change it out, said due to electrical parts he couldn't swap it out. Since when? This guy made it seem like he didn't want to get it done
Went to AutoZone and guess what Prizma was the SHIZ and SHE changed it out in like 5 mins.
He lost a sale hope it wasn't part of his daily goal.

What ever you do. Do not go here for anything. They have horrible customer service . I to purchase light bulb for my car and he told me I had to purchase a led expensive light it would not work in my car he wanted me to pay $127.00 for light . When he could have sold me $20.00 light instead he tried to be greedy and force me to buy a more expensive light . He thought I was clueless and would not do my homework. Well I did my homework and went to a competitor and got a stock light for $20.00 and he had no problem helping me change the light . Matter fact he was an all star . If you want a fair and honest parts store and customer service focus and fairness go to Auto Zone in spring they will treat you fair and be Honest .

Had a little mix up today and had a part dropped off at the wrong store. Couldn't find it after calling multiple oriellys. When I called this store again RED answered the phone and helped tremendously. He said he'd give me a call back and find out where the part was accidentally dropped off at. Sure enough my phone rang and he found them at the Montgomery store at oriellys. Not a big deal everyone makes mistakes but thank God for RED! He took the time to look up the numbers and look up the stores and however much else he did and found them. Now I can replace the parts tonight and get my customer back on the road tomorrow👍 thanks red💪👌
