Thank goodness they were able to deliver a 4-way to me. On Christmas morning @ 4:30am, I had a blowout on 45, with no tools in my car. Thank goodness O'Reilly's delivered the part, and gave me the correct details on how to replace the tire and spare (which the tire is stripped, so I cannot get the spare down from under the vehicle). Thank you God for putting O'Reilly's into my life and giving me the best advice possible...

If I could give no stars I would. I called for a part and was told they had it so I sent my fiance over to get it as all the other auto stores didn't have it. When he got there, Heather cashed him out and then asked if he worked for autozone. He said yes, she then took the part from him and returned it and said she can't sell him the part. He was off the clock getting the part for our own car to bring home. Is this how you treat people that work for other companies? This is so unprofessional and I'll be spreading the word for people to not shop here. Do better.

I only give three stars bcuz when I left my black mini flashlight that I brought into this store and then forgot it when I left a day or so later I called to ask and the girl literally hung up on me I'm sorry it was too much to answer a simple question sad people skills and the other employees know exactly who I'm talking about so nope I'll never go back to that particular store again!!!

Heather and Kevin went the extra mile to help me with my battery warranty from Kia. I had a terrible experience with Kia and they saved me over $300 with swapping out a battery that was originally under warranty but I was told by the dealership it wasn’t and I had to pay out of pocket for my battery. I wish I could give a 10 star rating for all their effort, troubles, and going beyond the call of duty to help me.Thank you Heather and KevinKeep up the amazing work
