Place is trash my brother who is a army vet who doesn't work so he runs errands for our family or 5 brothers . He was told by O'Reilly that he could not return items there when he is returning for anyone but himself he can't take a part I bought and have him bring it back which we spend over 1k a week at oreillys and this guy there tells.him receipt has to be in his name.? For a quart of oil return ? Newport h to district this is first step.in my reporting this discrimination

I needed a new gas cap. The young man was very nice to help me. He took the old one off and put the new one on for me. I will definitely go back when needed.

I'm always very happy with my experiences at this chain. I'm a single working mom and get to figure out how to fix and do a lot of things on my own now, lol, which is great, but would be tons harder without these people. They are a blessing every time I stop in and no matter what I need, they go above and beyond and always have a great attitude.

If you don't know exactly what you need, don't bother coming here. The staff have only very basic search knowledge to find parts and could care less if they can find it or not. If you need something more specific, just go to the hub store in South Conroe.

I try to go here instead of AutoZone every time, simply because of the people. Very friendly and helpful
