It only too 20 + years but I finally found my nail tech for life!!! Helen did an absolutely amazing job on a refill I requested. She absolutely killed it in a world that is obssesed with time management instead of quality work. She gained a loyal customer. Vanessa was amazing! She was kind, gentle, through, patient, took her time, and came across as so genuine. I don't get this type of treat often and it really was a treat. I accidentally messed up a nail and she didn't even seem bothered. Very thankful for this experience with her.

My wife had broken her acrylic on her big toe right before a wedding that we were going to attend, we came in and she fixed it and fixed it free along with cut my fingernails, 100% would recommend again.

First time coming here and left very happy! My daughter had her nails painted, she did a design and did a wonderful job! My daughter was very pleased! Very affordable as well. I had my nails soaked off and new set applied. Lam did a wonderful job! Took his time making sure they were all even, we very much enjoyed his company, chatting and joking with my daughter and I. It was a wonderful and kind experience, definitely will be going back!!

Iām an indecisive individual and Vivian was extremely helpful with suggestions and color choices. Iāve been looking for a new nail tech for quite some time and seems Vivian can do exactly what I need her to do. Iāve become a regular at QB Nails 2 not only for my nails but pedicures as well. Lynn and Nguyen do an AMAZING job on the feet.

If you're looking for a new home nail shop please look no further, you wont be disappointed. I've been going here for about 4-5 months and have absolutely enjoyed and appreciated ever single visit. Brian and all the staff are always very welcoming and professional. The times that I have my kids with me they are also always very nice and generous to them as well. I love it here and without a doubt I am proud to call this location my home nail shop. 10/10 Recommend!!!
Cleanliness: QB Nails is always very cleaned and sanitized. I really love how it is always neat and tidy for every customer.
Stylist: Don, is my go to for my shellac pedicures. He is always so professional, gentle and his work speaks volume.
Helen, is my go to for my full set/refill services. She literally never fail me, multiple times I've shown pictures of how I want my nails and she always makes it happen. She's my girl!
Vivian and Liz are also good techs, I've gotten my nails done by them as well and both were very patient and professional as well.

This place looks nice but the customer service was super poor. Itās close to 4th of July and I told the nail tech I wanted a French tip with the colors red white and blue. He seemed super bothered or not understanding what I was saying. I showed him a picture so he could see what I wanted, and he still was seeming unsure. I then ask about the price difference between just doing a full color nail as oppose to a French tip, and he started giving me a lot of numbers and saying the words āup chargeā over and over. I just wanted to know the prices for full color or French tip. He was giving me such anxiety I started to get overwhelmed and just was super uncomfortable. Finally I just told him to please just do whatever is easiest I donāt care at this point. I have a 2 year old at home so I donāt have time to sit there and debate or explain things for 15 minutes. He insisted I keep explaining what I wanted but that just kept making me more stressed because I thought it was not a hard task. Iām a brown Latina woman and he ended my French tip with a awful pink tone when if your an experienced nail tech you know either to give me a light neutral tone or a clear tone with a French tip on my skin. My nails look awful and it was still $56 dollars and I still tipped because I donāt even not tip. But I just donāt recommend this place, or who ever was my nail tech. It was a man in his 40s. Not a pleasant experience.
