I'm writing this review as a warning to others. Pack it movers team, specifically a person named Michael, took a valuable ring from my home during the move. When I confronted them about the missing item, they returned it after I threatened to involve the police. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's integrity and supervision. Despite the resolution, I'm left questioning the company's policies and procedures for handling customer belongings. If you're considering this company, be cautious and consider additional precautions to protect your valuables.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted one price to move my pool table and ended up being charged double with no explanation. After the move, I called multiple times to schedule a follow-up to have the table leveled, as promised—but never got a single call back. On top of that, one of the workers directly asked my wife for a tip and received $50 via Cash App, which felt extremely unprofessional. This company operates with poor communication, shady pricing, and no regard for follow-through. Bad business all around. I would never recommend them. Strong pass!

I recently moved with all my sons from my house and things from a storage unit to another home. The crew was beyond professional. They worked hard. They had great customer service from the initial phone call follow up was fantastic. I would not recommend another Moving Company.

Pack it movers Conroe was on time they gave me excellent service. They pack my furniture with care and deliver my furniture with care. The one that stood out was Yadier he was very efficient and helpful and nothing was damaged! I will definitely use them again!
