I was about 45 minutes from home but decided to stop in at this location for my tan. I opened my PBT app and walked in. Immediately the girl at the front says “how old are your kids”? I replied “they are 7 and almost 9”. She said “nope, can’t have kids under 9 in the lobby”. I asked “for a less than 3 minute spray tan”? She said “no”.Guess single moms aren’t allowed to tan with their membership at this location…unless you get a babysitter. Thank goodness I don’t live near this location.

I have always used the maximum packages. I never put my membership on hold even when I do not go. I pay over $100 a month. My debt cards were all breeched through Amazon so I had to cancel them and get new ones. As a result my membership was red carded for April. No big deal since it is technically month to month as advertised. I went in April 29 to spray tan and was told I was red carded. No big deal I asked to just pay for a spray tan. I was told I had to renew for May and that would be no problem. I did just that, spent $ 274.14 got my spay tan, paid for May, was told I would be billed again in June but it would try my old card because that was the card on file and I could change it then. I went in today, June 9, told I was red carded, without thinking hand Allysa my card and she charge me. I then realized what I had done, asked if it was for June and she said no Mayans I explained the above information. She said I owed for May even though I haven’t even tanned, spray tanned and already payed. she recto refund my card and was very flippant. I’llTan this mont because the are not going to get my money twice, but buyer BEWARE!Services: Tanning

Stopped by the other day for a spray tan!! Wonderful experience all the girls were so great and helpful. Taylor helped me out and showed me the ropes!! Super sweet and helpful young lady. My spray tan turned out just how I wanted it to. Very pleased with the customer service and my experience!

TOTAL RIP-OFF. The employees are unprofessional and place you in a bed they choose with a time they choose, rather than what you pay for each month. I pay $68/month for Level 3 and also have a membership at a place near my home. Tonight, I was placed with a very old bed for a lot less time than I have ever experienced. When I got out, I was told that I was in a Level 1 bed for 8 min. When I asked why, TAYLOR stated it was bc I hadn't been there in awhile. I reiterated that I had specifically asked to be put in a bed at the level I pay for - and she explained it was bc I hadn't been there in awhile - and claimed "it's the law."No - not, it's not the law, TAYLOR. Next, I contacted the district manager (since this is not the first experience with incompetency that I have had), BRITTANY, and have received no response. Before leaving, I canceled my yearlong membership.

Besides being exspensive it's always a issue. Palm beach tan always sells you on something and then doesn't allow you to cancel or there seems to always be a catch. I knew this from 10 years ago in Ohio. I was in California for school for a couple weeks and they sold me a package. I was sure to ask a lot of questions due to my prior experience with them. I clean promised over and over that I could transfer my plan when I got back to Texas and cancel at the end of the month. So when I went to cancel they told me I had to wait another 30 days. I was frustrated and had to call a manager. Then when I got back to Texas I was told it wasn't transferable. After arguing and having a manager called it was fixed. It's just always a hassle. If you want to tan and go home and have there pricing ve straight forward I would try somewhere else. And now they said they would contact me and of course no one ever did!

So my friend worked here for a little bit. Unfortunately one of her family members passed away who lived out of town. She left for the funeral and when she came back for her scheduled time to work, they said she had been fired. AND THEY NEVER TOLD HER PRIOR! Never informed her that she had been terminated. Terrible company to work for. Terrible people in general. They obviously don’t care about their employees so why in the world would they care about their customers. What’s a joke.
