Rented one for a one way trip and was told that there was a Penske in Livingston and there wasn’t one. Having to drive it all the way to Conroe.

I made a reservation and was told the truck would not be there until 3 pm on Oct 27, 2017. When I arrived there wasn't a truck waiting for me. I was told I had to drive over 50 miles and br charged the extra miles.
