Told my co-worker to try this pepboys when he had some car trouble. They fixed an insignificant part on his car and charged him and his grandmother over $600.00 frigging dollars. I felt so bad after that that I asked someone to help me look over his car with me. Come to find out, he had no oil in his car. This is a typical dirty situation. When his grandmother called and told them what happened, they laughed at her and said it was nothing they could or would do about it. For this to be a corporate business, it seems like a backyard mechanic setting. I am so disgusted, I hope everyone sees this and says something. No grandmother should be scammed, especially by a company like pepboys. Hope you go out of business.

I visited this location to inquiry about the status of an ongoing problem with my rotors, the manager Z was very helpful, empathetic and responsive. The team Joshua & Andrew were very attentive to show me what issues were going on and immediately worked on my car. The customer experience was great and will most definitely be my at home Pepboys store. Shoutout to the Conroe location! I am very satisfied.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon an hour before the store close, asking about a tire rotation. Young man set an appointment for me for the next day. So good so far…. Came back this am at 8 am at the appointment time. BTW I had a confirmation text on my phone. The front desk person never acknowledged me coming in the door and standing 2 feet in front of her? Finally she looked up and I said “I’m here for my 8 am appointment. She started arguing with me saying there was no appointment? Very rude and condescending person. She told me she’d give me the # of another store. I called and set the appointment, only opening was in 30 minutes. So I sped over through traffic to the other location, and the gentleman at the front was fantastic. Greeted me got me right in and offered coffee. Now THAT’S how you do customer service! The offending person was in Conroe Texas. The outstanding gentleman was in spring Texas. Someone needs to train that lady in Conroe because customer acquisition is real people! Treat your customers with respect or close. We as customers have a right to be treated with respect. OK case closed
