They call this an animal hospital, but I take my ferret in and find out He has a blockage in his small intestine from eating something and it is requiring emergency surgery. I took him in to put him down because I thought he was going to die they come out and do the exam and they end up telling me that they can do surgery to save him, I tell them let’s do the surgery they come back and say never mind we are too booked up from teeth cleaning and are unable to do his surgery until next month so I call around to Other exotic vet offices And nobody is willing to do the surgery or has the room or time to save his life so I had no choice but to say goodbye to my beautiful furry friend because this hospital wouldn’t act like a hospital is supposed to and that is caring for life-threatening emergencies. That is why this place gets one start from me. I would not recommendIf a veterinarian has the word hospital in the name that means emergencies that are life-threatening should come before anything else That’s kind of how it’s supposed to be

Dr Foster is a great vet. Even better is that he's a great human being.

We met Dr. Foster about 12 yrs ago when my dog had a middle of the night emergency. I was so so impressed with his bedside manner, his comfort and knowledge! I asked where his office was and we have been faithful clients since! Dr. Foster is kind, compassionate and doesn’t make you feel guilty about the care you are able to afford for your critter. He gets to know his patients and their parents… he is so gentle with me. Especially if he has to say something he knows I don’t want to hear. I trust Dr. Foster 110%. His staff is incredible as well. One time our chihuahua had to stayOver night… when I called to check in the vet tech had her in his arms and was carrying her around as he worked ♥️My daughter had a hedgehog that needed surgery and Dr. Foster and his staff, per the usual, were amazing! I think it’s awesome that he does exotic pets! He’s just the best!

Everyone was very helpful. We came in with my daughters bearded dragon. They gendered her, took in a poop sample that showed she had 2 parasites. She was given 2 antibiotics And they showed us how to administer them. This was the first time we’ve ever been to this office. It was very affordable!!!! Everyone was extremely nice and the veterinarian was very knowledgeable and nice himself. And oh my gosh, the tiny stethoscope they had to use was so cute! I have only used this vet for reptile, but that is only because my dog already has been thoroughly established with another office for years. We found them because they are a reptile vet and they are not easy to come by. Great office and atmosphere.

I havnt seen their service personally but from what I experienced was tragic. when I called about my bird barely breathing they said " sorry we have nothing today but we have an opening tomorrow at 3pm" like really ?? Don't call your self a hospital if you are doing appointments based and not seeing actual emergencies. You should be a clinic. Anyways my bird died the same day. So it's hard writing this just ..

Wonderful staff to go with an amazing vet. I appreciate the gentleness they show our animals. The care is excellent. The cost is reasonable. I don't feel like they are pushing to get you to buy every product they have. Many places push the products they have to the point they feel like a used car sales person.

I took my two birds (parakeets) here for the first time due to my suspicion of one having a respiratory disease. The doctor gave both birds a physical exam, then said respiratory disease was probably likely. I could tell everyone knew what they were doing for the most part, and the staff seemed friendly enough. Each bird’s exam cost roughly $64, which isn’t bad considering how hard it is to find a good avian vet in the area (Even though that surpasses the cost of the bird itself…) I was given antibiotics and sent on my way.Make sure you do your research before making an appointment—if you suspect your bird’s sick, it definitely helps to know what symptoms to take note of before coming into the vet.

I could not give a higher recommendation. I avoided needless surgeries going to this location for the first time. They are very honest and very affordable. The staff and doctor are friendly and sociable. I was greeted instantly by multiple people the first time I went in and got to meet the doctor. I was greeted immediately when I dropped my cat off at 7:30 a.m. for surgery. That is luxury! This location is about 1/3 of the price of my prior veterinarian services. I am no longer in debt going to the vet!
