I like how they are so judgmental on what kind of tank are you going to provide for their fish. Like these fish require 15, 20, 50, 125, 1000+. Betas require 2 gallon min. But they keep them in tiny tanks and Betas in cups.

I can be picky but Mariah in the grooming department is absolutely awesome with our babies! She's very sweet to them and they always look and smell amazing afterwards! She actually listens to your requests and goes above and beyond to clarify making sure she understands your vision! 💜

Spent too much money. Should’ve shopped from amazon or chewy. New puppy coming home in about 3 weeks. So I wanted to hands on shop.
Besides pet stores will disappear if we don’t use them on occasion.
Play toys collar and leash.

Don't bother trying their grooming services. The girls working there don't have a clue how vaccinations work and will prove their ignorance as such.
Rabies is a 3yr program these days, it's been that way for years. There is not a magic rabies vaccine for 3yrs, it is the same vaccine. So if my paperwork shows a shot from a year ago it is still good for 2yrs.
Don't waste your breath with the children working there because they know it all. 🙄

We recently moved and my husband has cats. Yes, he has cats, I do not have cats. I have a dog, that is also his dog, but I have no cats. I’m allergic to cats. Anyways, they needed a new cat tree. Unable to locate one online that would be strong enough for his fat cats, that’s what he calls them, we needed to venture out in person to find a sturdy tree that would hold the six of them. Yes, six fat cats. Petsmart was our first stop. I hadn’t been in a Petsmart in years, but this location was clean, well organized, and was easy to navigate. They had some cool displays by new designers that make fancy animal furniture, which was cool as we are animal people. They had a decent selection of cat trees, but the particle board construction was too concerning, so unfortunately we didn’t end up buying one here, even though they looked really cool! There was a “dog park” in the parking lot that I thought was a great idea. It was about two parking spots long and one parking spot wide, fenced on three sides, and grass was artificial. I’m not sure that was the best plan as it was, not surprisingly, incredibly dirty and it didn’t look like the waste bucket had been emptied in a while. My dog wasn’t with me so this didn’t impact me much, but would’ve had she been there. Overall, this location was clean, well stocked, and offers several services including training and grooming.
