“We recently made a switch from Costco to Sam’s mainly due to distance. We are so happy that we did! Not only is it closer, but the staff is AMAZING! I have been there five times so far. Each time, my experiences have been great. This is mainly due to the kindness of the employees.
Today, two stood out to me. Thankfully, I was able to get their names.
Miranda, who works at the cafe, was so super kind and helpful. She helped me with the Sam’s Club app. She seemed super busy, yet had such a kind, sweet way about her.
Also Kelsie. She too was so kind and helpful. My husband had my card, so she directed me to member services. She also helped me during checkout.
Sometimes, due to heath reasons, I struggle at large stores like this. Having kind helpful employees and an overall great experience, is so helpful and so appreciated!”

Although I’ve never been to their physical location, my entire experience over the phone was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. Their follow-up was prompt and professional, and I truly felt taken care of. “This Pharmacy may be small, but it’s efficient and it can get medication’s in stock that I have not been able to get at the large retail pharmacies! They are responsive and prompt! Reminds me of the old days!”
“So glad to see they are renovating this store, it really needs it! I LOVE MY HEB and only shop them. Prefer the HEB brand on a lot of goods (try the Mootopia Vanilla milk, it ROCKS!), it is not only much cheaper but also same or better quality than name brand. When they put Curbside in this store, was soo happy, I live in Cut and Shoot so driving over to the lakeside of town was quite a drive, when this store is relatively close. Hope they put another store on 336 East since this area is growing tons and 105 is getting widened. Changed my meds from CVS y mas over here finally and so much better (and faster!). They treat me well at both Conroe locations, but this one is much closer to home for me (and not as busy). They carry more Hispanic items at this location so I can count on that when I need it but some things they only carry at the 336W location (it is larger and newer). Gas is usually among the lowest priced in town. I am definitely an HEB girl through and through.”

I was just hung up on by the pharmacist mid sentence. It was intentional, I asked if she could figure out why my prescription for a basic nausea medication wasn’t filled, she was annoyed and hung up on me
Her exact words before hanging up were “uh huh”

I went ahead and figured it out myself since customer service seems to be going extinct in the pharmaceutical department. I only say this because I came pretty early and could have been informed. I called back and still got a very interesting tone.. I didn’t get my prescription information. How was this my fault ?
It’s ok I still like the grocery part of the store

They called me instantly with my son's results and because of the invalid test offered to allow him to come back and get another. I highly recommend this Walgreens. “Fantastic people. I called because my directions wouldn't find the address and the guy stayed on the phone with me for ten minutes to help me figure out a landmark it would find so I could get there to pick up my mom's medication after an eye injury. When we arrived, the guy at the window told us that this medication was not for use on eyes but I figured the doctor must know better and ignored the warning. He was indeed right and the doctor had sent the wrong medication. Thank you for warning us even if we didn't listen and for being wonderful people for each interaction we've had.”

“Costco is simply a good place to shop. I've noticed that the location of some of the merchandise is rotated to different areas. Perhaps merchandising ? Anyway, I go here for tires whenever I need tires. Their mounting deal includes road hazard, which I have used one time before with no difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed that much of their fish is "wild caught", which is very good. Costco's competitor has much of their fish from the Far East and it is farm raised. I have traveled to those countries and they won't even eat farm raised fish due to waste that they feed the fish. Costco has extremely good customer service as well. Their return policy is set so that if something breaks after the warranty, they will still take a refund (except in a few categories...read the fine print).”

I want to thank the Store Manager, Debbie, for her exceptional customer service. She helped my wife find vitamins for her condition today. Debbie is the epitome of wisdom and grace. My wife couldn’t read the labels on the bottles, and Debbie took the time to bring her a magnifying glass. That speaks volumes.
I also want to thank the Shift Supervisor, Jamie, for her patience and understanding with my wife. Jamie’s customer service is top-notch. My wife and I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

“Just used this store. Very big KUDOS to all the associates, from top to bottom. They all deserve a bonus. There was a severe thunderstorm, with very heavy rain. After, coming out of the store with our groceries and waiting for the rain to subside, we were very, very surprised to notice heb associates in their yellow raincoats/ponchos and with the umbrellas helping the customers with their shopping and walking them to their vehicles. Such an exceptional service. Never seen anything like it, anywhere. Perhaps, other such big organizations, such as Walmart, Krogers etc can learn a thing or two from heb. A big very thank you, heb. Honestly, you all do deserve a bonus.”
