I can’t say enough great things about Debbie at Public Storage! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Debbie took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She truly cares about her customers and it shows in the way she treats people. I left feeling confident and well taken care of, and I’m so grateful for her help. Public Storage is lucky to have someone like Debbie on their team!

Quan is a godsend. I am moving out of state but can't take everything yet so I needed to do a transfer to a smaller unit which she helped me with no problem. And then day of transfer and of move I came to the conclusion that I have no perception of size and my thing were absolutely not going to fit. I ask Quan if I was able to still transfer but to a slightly larger unit than the 5x5 I originally chose. And she was so patient and helped me so easily when I was fully expecting a no after the horrid day I had of every other thing not going to plan.
Top notch service and sympathy for sure. This girl rocks!

This is the BEST storage unit facility I’ve ever used. Really easy to work with and Quan was really helpful when I lost the key to my lock. I spoke with other staff and they were great too. I highly recommend using this place. My items were kept safe and they worked with me on everything. The app is great too!

I made a storage reservation online today, but when I arrived, I was assigned a different size than what I had booked. Fortunately, the two ladies working at 2 PM on July 1st were incredibly kind and helpful. I was so grateful for their support!
A truck was already on its way, and I was feeling a bit panicked, but they were so warm, friendly, and reassuring. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

We have had a 10x10 unit at this place for over 10 years . It seams they penalize. The long term renters so keep that in mind if you plan on renting there. The rent has constantly increased since we have had it. The rent if you get a 10x10 now is $135 month we currently are paying $307 month just got a notice that they were bumping me to $361 month. I Went there and was told we could move to another 10x10 unit and the rent would be $135. Also, would like to add that we have auto deduction And never had a late payment.

Never use Public storage in Conroe! 1450 I -45 , I've only had my storage 2 weeks. And they have done nothing but harass me non stop! Search my belongings and lock me out every other day! Even call8ng th3 cops on me, calling my job and calling my family! These people are pure trash! Miss Mary was the best manager that was there and they fired her and banned her from the property.
