The phlebotomists are wonderful, well-trained, friendly, and professional. I was in and out in no time at all. It's easy to make an appointment online. However, even if you are a walk-in, they treat you with the professionalism as everyone else and get you in as soon as they can.

This was my 1st time using Quest Diagnostics. No receptionist to checkin with, you use either the kiosk or a link they text to you. Nonetheless, the staff at the Conroe location were friendly and quick. Its best to set up an appointment ahead of time or your wait will be an hour or more. I had an appointment and checked in through a text. Wait time was only 5 minutes.

This has been an absolutely awful experience with racist and rude staff. I have a foreign accent and the staff belittled me and spoke to me like I was 5 years old. The staff was yelling at everyone in an aggressive manner, and treated everyone in the waiting room like animals. I’m totally disgusted with how these people act, and I pray that my PCP chooses someone else in the future to run labs for me. I do not recommend this business or their unethical treatment of fellow human beings. Totally disgusting.

Awful experience. Sent my wife up here to drop off a specimen for me, and checked in online. The staff verbally berated her in front of everyone in the waiting room yelling that she should have checked in on the kiosk when she got there, and when my wife told her online it says not to check in again, the staff member continued to be rude and berate her in front of the other patrons. It doesn't take that much to be polite to people, and these people DO NOT have it. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. No one should have to feel shame or embarrassment just to receive medical treatment.

Very rude only dropping off a specimen and they were so rude and I waited 1.5 hrs so if the sample is ruined do they care? Drive time and collected time delay. There should be a better process to receive samples brought in. I asked a person how much longer and she rudely said it has to be entered in the computer and voice was irritated like talking to a kid in trouble. What horrible treatment to the customers!

I’ve been here before and had decent experiences, but I am not happy with my experience today. Alex was rude and unprofessional and he made the labs more painful than necessary. It seemed like his first time which would be fine but there was absolutely no reason for his attitude. I have to get labs done all the time and have never, EVER had such a painful blood draw. Honestly I’m not coming back here. I’ll pay more with Labcorps for a better experience overall. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Hats off to Tonya who did my labdraw today. I was referred from other lab as I'm a hard stick. She's a pro, I didn't feel any pain and the procedure was quick.

The staff are great at their job, all very friendly, but the waiting times are terrible, even with appointments. I checked in with a number and waited an hour for a specimen container pickup, no lab work. 2 people checked in after me with numbers and were called before I was. I miss the old sign in sheet and your called as they go down the list.
