I've been here a few times and I've always had great service. I used the app to get deals and sometimes freebies. The drink areas but the teas and the coffee is always clean. I've ordered sandwiches here and pizzas which were really good. The grilled cheese with meat are a standout. I like the coffee bar especially because there's an assortment of cold and hot coffee that you can dispense yourself. I'm always treated with good customer service on most of my interactions. I highly recommend this location and their fresh made foods.

The gentleman who helped me didn’t question anything. Gave me $22 back after I told them I gave them $50 and only got $22 back. I know mistakes happen but this was not a mistake. They need to clean shop here.

For company headquartered in my hometown, it pains me to have to write a review this bad.. when this location opened I was pumped - but since then it has deteriorated rather quickly. The restrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned since it opened, the food prices are trying to be Bucees for half the serving and not actual brisket as they state on the sandwich, and lastly the gas pumps were out of order or “pay inside” this morning.

This QuickTrip in Conroe seriously disappointed me today. I presented a Texas Lottery ticket worth $150 and clearly told the cashier that I wanted to cash the full amount. She scanned the ticket on the official Texas Lottery terminal, and the machine displayed the full $150 prize.
After scanning it, she suddenly told me, ‘We cannot give more than $100 in cash. The remaining $50 will be wasted.
This was shocking, because the Texas Lottery machine specifically asks the cashier ‘Can you pay this amount?’ before completing the transaction meaning she personally selected ‘YES’ knowing she would not pay the full amount.
When I asked her where this policy is written — either by QuickTrip or the Texas Lottery Commission she provided no proof. She claimed to be the operations manager of the store, yet could not explain why she approved the payout on the terminal if she had no intention of paying the full prize.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and concerning.
It feels like I was short-paid, and if this is happening to other players, it requires a full audit.
Texas Lottery Commission: Please investigate this QuickTrip location immediately.
QuickTrip Corporate: Your customer trust depends on employees following state rules, not creating incorrect ‘policies.’
I expect QuickTrip to review the camera footage, verify the transaction, and contact me to correct this issue. No customer should have to fight to receive the full amount they legally won. This experience has completely damaged my trust in this location and its management

This place can be an example how NOT to operate a travel center. Very uneducated stuff, especially managers. At their parking lot is some kind of homeless guy lurking, saying he is a security, and you have to leave. Guys, don't waste your time and money! There're a lot of other gas stations with even cheaper gas ⛽️ and diesel, and even better food.

For the love of God please stop putting the nasty sour apple slushie flavor in the Mountain Dew slot! 9/10 times the Mountain Dew slushie slot is actually another sour apple despite being labeled Mountain Dew. 🤮 Several of the other slushies don't have much flavor. Definitely taste the slushie before you buy to make sure it's correct!
Food is excellent and great selection of beverages. But slushie machines need correct flavors listed and to actually have flavor.

I come everyday to this quiktrip at night and I see Elizabeth and I always see her moving around and working and always has a positive attitude. It truly makes my experience here one to look forward too.

Honestly, this is how all gas stations should be run. Always clean, easy to get in and out, and the pumps actually work like they’re supposed to. Inside’s stocked, bathrooms aren’t scary, and whoever’s running this location knows what they’re doing. I stop here a lot, and it’s consistently solid. QT gets it right.

Your cleaning robot just doesn't shut up.. Repeating the same sentence non-stop every couple of seconds is the most annoying thing I can imagine. Has no one in your company considered this? I was only inside a couple of minutes, but told my wife I had to go outside or else I would break that thing. I ended up getting food and drinks elsewhere. Even my wife who is super sweet, agreed that it was very annoying. Do better as a company than to constantly annoy your customers nonstop.
