We went shopping for Birkenstocks for my wife. The selection was terrible when it came to width, 99+% all “narrow.” After quite a long time and going thru way too many boxes, finally found one pair that fit well!!! Unfortunately, no one came to help. But, the price was very good. Hooray for that!

I have to rave about Angel over at 2912 Interstate 45 N, Conroe TX. I called from The Bahamas as I purchased a pair of mismatched shoes but couldn't remember if it was here or DSW and already back home, he stayed on the phone searching for the info I gave him, so patient and helpful. We sorted it out. I have to deal with DSW because howwwww lol lol. Thank you Angel, your name surely suits you.

Went because I had a coupon, but I was not impressed with the prices or the selection. While in the store, I pulled up the Nike website and found that Nike's prices on several shoes were lower. I won't be returning.

I feel like they should have a bigger variety. I know my shoe size is the most common, but it gets really aggravating to rarely have my size. Staff was perfectly nice, no complaints. My only complaint is variety and size.

Came in and there's a sign that says buy one pair get another 50% off. Tried purchasing 4 pairs of the same brand but apparently that "brand" was not one of the ones eligible for the promo. Decided to look up the price of the shoes from the manufacturer website, and they were half the cost plus free shipping... definitely recommend looking online for the shoes that are in this store. I promise you will find them for half the price.
