A million percent satisfaction with this purchase. I have always heard about redwings and I should just bite the bullet and buy them. Let me tell you, everyone was right and I’m so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in the store manager was excellent and walked me through the whole experience from the scan to the walking pad and trying multiple different boots until I found the right feel. Highly recommend getting the orthotic’s they recommend because while I’m walking feels wonderful on my back. (I’m a railroad worker also so I need boots that withstand walking on rocks and uneven surfaces and these feel heavy duty enough to get the job done).

I bought a pair of redwing steel toe shoes/boots here 6 months ago.and they had a year warranty on them.so I had a catastrophic failure on the soul of the left boot/shoe,where the whole soul came off in front.We called,and the lady said bring them in ,and they would replace ,or fix them..Well I took them back.and the lady said they couldn't do anything about it ,because of wear and tear?.what the heck are the warranteed for a year for?.lol .am I suppose to put them in a trophy case?.lol.And the Lady at the store has a different personality when you are returning things, compared to when you're buying them..Now I'm very unhappy with redwing products ,and Redwing used to be a good boot/shoe/product..Not so much anymore.

Customer service here is phenomenal. The clerk, and I assume manager, was assisting multiple customers with very specific needs and understood their work tasks and how the footwear effected their work. My simple need of new laces was not beneath her and I felt valued.

the lady there is very rude. I have only had my boots a few months and they are taking in water... I live 2 hours away and she is just rude and unhelpful
