Over the past 2 years this branch and the branch in my hometown of Florence, AL, have both helped me navigate the undertaking of my Mom's affairs after I had to assume that responsibility. Ingris at this branch and Cortney at the Florence Branch are awesome to work with.More than their knowledge on banking matters, their genuine care and concern to insure that each transaction or process was handled accurately cannot have a price affixed to it. I have always felt our affairs were in good hands.

Ingris the branch manager at this location was extremely knowledgeable in all products offered by the bank. Very professional and took all the time and patience needed to explain the credit card application process to me. A wonderful experience and I will be looking forward to doing more business with this bank.

I’ve had regions over 10years and never had card related issues with them. This specific location needs a new atm. When making a deposit, the atm stole my $200.

I have had a personal checking account with them for about a year. I recently tried to open a business account. I provided them with all of the required documentation validating my business. They opened a business account and I transferred money from my personal checking to my business account. Over the Holidays, I tried connecting my business account to my online banking. I was experiencing issues so I called their online customer service. They informed me that the bank was missing information so I went into the branch. The branch informed me that they closed my business account because I did not pass the background check on the back end. There is false information that I committed checking account fraud from another bank. I am currently actively working on getting these false accusations disputed (what a hassle). I asked if my checking account was okay. They responded yes. I went to the grocery store and discovered my card was canceled to my personal account. How embarrassing! It was after hours and I had to wait until the next business day. They decided to close my personal account as well. This was an account that has been open for over a year and I have never had any issues with this account. They labeled the account as Fraud and froze the account even though there was no fraudulent activity on the account.There was no fraudulent activities on either accounts. They stated that they would mail me my funds within 7-10 business days. Their decision was to close an already existing account for over a year due to another bank’s false accusations they receive from trying to open up a different account under a different entity as one was business and one was personal. I asked why were they closing my account if there was no fraudulent activity. I also asked if this would be reported as fraud as well since they are closing it due to fraud and they stated yes.I asked how was this possible if fraud has never been committed. They informed me that they would follow up with me before the end of the business day. Once they contacted me, they stated that they lifted the fraud hold and would provide me with my funds from my account. However, now they are stating that they are closing the account due to the account not meeting the company guidelines. However, the account was perfectly fine and in good standing. An issue did not arise until I tried opening up a new business account and they saw the false accusation on my consumer report. It’s obvious that there is no real reason of closing the year old account. Words can’t begin to describe the frustration I feel towards both banks. As this has brung on emotional distress and a huge inconvenience. I pray that this never happens to you. I feel like my character has been degraded by both banks!

this bank is super "smart". I just do not understand how they operate business like this. worst bank ever in Texas. I just do not believe this is a normal business practice.

After being snowed in without power, wifi, or even cell service to the point of not being able to dial 911 my account became overdrawn. As soon as I was able to access the account I brought the account current. Seeing as how I and my family have SEVERAL accounts with this location, I called the branch ASAP to request a refund of the $108 in overdraft charges. Edward took my call, placed me on hold and advise he nor the manager could or would clear the charges. This is NOT the first issue I have had with this bank. Previously they overdrew my account by hundreds in their banking error. Fortunately Amber the manager corrected that issue. However, this time Edward was dismissive of the entire situation and told me if I felt I needed to take my business elsewhere then I guess I could do that. He had exceptionally poor customer service, NO sympathy and no desire to do anything to help including providing me with the regional manager’s contact information. In fact he refused. I asked for a call back from Amber and he basically told me “maybe.” ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISTURBING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH. DO NOT USE REGIONS BANK. Their online software is shoddy at best on top of this. We will be taking our business elsewhere where we are not just an account number. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank. Their is a reason they have 2 stars!

I visited Amber and her team last Monday to do a series of complex transactions and I was blown away! Never have I been asked about what needs I have now or in the future. Although the new branch is closer to me in Egypt I will continue to make the drive to Conroe!!
