Called and tried to set up meeting to release pod funds.
Reviewed situation in detail with Amber who said just come on in.
All documents supplied to legal team months prior. Upon arrival (2 hour drive), staff refused to pay the POD on file.
Showed up with death certificate. Refused to release funds to pod they have in file.
Staff took a NASTY attitude even though we had all documents & previous conversations.
Very unpleasant unnecessary crappy treatment to family members in mourning, trying to take care of the deceased’s affairs.
We have the nasty employee Amber on Recording. Being a super snot and accusing us of being mean to her employees. Amazing to hear her bold faced lies.
this location… Not reflective of other locations I have encountered that were super amazing helpful and made their job Be about the customers instead of them being self important…
This location is unethical and should be shut down
We ended up going to another Regions location and took care of everything that same day

atm only gives $50 bills, the bank wont break their own atm's bills into 20's and 10's? First National Bank of Texas inside HEB will break bills from their atm. word to the wise....

What a rip off bank!!!! I asked them to please waive the $5 fee because my check was only $36 and they refused!!! Knowing that people are struggling to get back on their feet, they are nickel and diming people!!! Never again!!!
