Five year customers of Rent-A-Center thousands of dollars spent paying off furniture for our home over the years. One year as a customer at this location and my husband and I will no longer be customers. The manager has blatantly disregarded our requests for lowering the price of four tires. They paid $850 for four set of tires trying to sell to us for $1600 at 6 months same as cash. Outrageous!!! Regardless of miscommunications going back-and-forth with this manager, she did not treat us respectfully one time!! They have no patience for people. The Manager’s intentions were merely to degrade us or make it seem like we’re trying to get something for nothing. I told her we would pay $1000 cash for a four set of tires for you guys to make a profit and she denied it still trying to sell us the tires for $1300. She lied to us is lied to us twice claiming that she can’t return the tires after we’ve been on them for a week because we can’t afford that. I do not trust that Manager and I don’t think that she deserves to be dealing with customers considering she has no regard for respect . I will no longer do business with Rent-A-Center !!! And not to mention, she denied me the right to speak to her manager by requesting him to give me a call and she’s told me no multiple times that it’s not possible to speak to her district manager. Another lie.

The worst experience I ever had the customer service is unbelievable unprofessional and so disrespectful the managers are also unprofessional and very disrespectful very hostile environment very tense awkward uncomfortable I recommend this place to be shut down

Very bad. Customer service they told me I had to show proof of residency and I couldn't. Cause I live with my inlaws and I pay but I'm not on the lease and they said they could work with me without me being on the lease that I would had to pay more then when it was time to pay they stared acting weird like they didn't know me thier is something very wrong with this store and needs immediate attention don't trust this place the managers are unbelievably disgusting and disrespectful people calling corporate

Horrible horrible customer service! The store manager Marilyn is beyond unprofessional. 1. I had to call them to see if they were running behind because my delivery time frame was 3pm-5pm and it was 4:50pm
2. The store manager called me after my delivery time frame and said I needed to set up auto pay before it can be delivered. Something they should’ve done prior to my delivery date. Asked if I could do it online because I don’t feel comfortable giving my card info online. It wouldn’t let me. She got an attitude and said she was canceling my order. Which is perfectly fine because they seem to lack customer service & can’t even follow delivery protocol. These type of people run good business down very quickly!!!
Horrible horrible management!!!! She refused to give me district manager info & only provide me with a customer service number.

Amazing customer service from the very beginning! The entire process was fairly easy, accommodating and fast! I was able to get my couch the same day and that was just wonderful!
