Today I recently spoke with Rene who I have been working with previously. We unfortunately have been out of town (last 3 weeks) and do not have service all the time and have been late on our last 2 payments. She contacted us and threatened to say she was going to call corporate and say we stole the merchandise even though I told her I can make a payment immediately when I return in 72 hours. She stated that her truck guy believes he saw my husband and mistook him for my brother in law. And asked me to allow my 17 year old brother in law and 15 year old daughter to let them in my house while I’m not there. She denied accepting my payment and stated she would cancel my contract - which is fine IF that’s what needs to be done, but I asked if all this could take place once we return in 72 hours. She stated NO and then told me that my husband and I need to have some be at our home to come pick up the equipment. My daughter called for the second time to let me know that they were leaving their guy to sit infront of our house until we paid. So my husband called again to say “we will have someone” to be at our house. This is harassment- you don’t want our payment and you don’t want to come pick it up when a legal adult will be there. I would like someone from corporate to contact me. When I asked for corporates number she told me she was going to disconnect the call!

The store decided that parking this close to my car was fine and was rude when asked to move the truck. They also told me that the parking space belongs to them. I hope they treat their customers better.

Nikita has made my entire weekend! We were not expecting to have to get a new couch with our move, and it was necessary. I was a little hesitant having to have payments, but Nikita made this such a painless process! You don’t get amazing customer like this often, but she went above and beyond for our family today!

the manager rene is a incompetent human why they would get rid of all the great tenured employees is beyond me ! Me and my family will never do business here at this location she is far from understanding not sympathetic to customer needs and just overall rude !!! Never again should bring Adam and Lisa back worst manager you could of put in this location

Adam needs to go back and work there. That new manager Rene has to go, she was incredibly rude and demanding. Thank god I am done with them. I gave them back there tv and bought myself a brand new one for way less. If it wasn’t for the nice gentlemen she sent out to my house I would’ve rated this place a negative 0 they are a complete rip off.
