Went in for a conventional oil change but after the task was complete, during payment, i was informed they did synthetic. The reasoning was that Hyundai does not recommend conventional and engine will blow up. It’s an 8 year old car and only did conventional till date. Even if that was the right thing to do, wont they even inform the customer beforehand? Never returning again.
