Matthew is the worst store manager along with Analease and Kitty they are horrible to the employees and once their fire you they will refuse to pay you the final check that is legally owed to you! Trying to reach the district manager is a waste of time. HR doesn’t care about anyone once they’ve fired you. Trying to get any resolution from HR or Ross is an utter joke with this pathetic company !! Corporate is a JOKE

Today's experience with the cashier closest to the door, dressed in a very vibrant garb covering her hair, was not acceptable. We were in line over 20 minutes, her register became available, so my mother, niece, and I approached with our items. She loudly shouted OH NO and pointed for us to get back in the line. The register right next to hers became available immediately, and the young lady happily asked us to come to her register instead.. I believe her name was Liz, and she was super friendly and efficient. The other lady shouldn't be working in the front with her rude behavior. I give one star due to her seriously incompetent customer service. Thank you for being so friendly Liz.

2 dressing rooms for the whole store. Try on 3 items but need new sizes. Leaving. Not worth standing in line for another 30 min for a maybe. They have normal dressing rooms in the rear of the store. 🙄

The manager who opened on shift 5/28 is amazing! I wish I could remember her name but she was a huge help! I had left my Prada glasses while trying on the glasses at the rack the night before. I came in this morning to hopefully retrieve them and she took some time to review footage for me and tracked down the glasses. I’m so grateful! These glasses mean a lot to me not just because the price lol. Thank you so much!

I love Ross, & usually spend $ 300-400 when I visit. This locations is the worst I've ever been too. Security was over the top, a d when i had just walked into the dressing room, they banged on the door every 10 seconds and told the lady waiting they were gonna open it. I had 5 shirts, no need to be a jerk when the lady didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes, ridiculous.

I asked where the ladies room was in it was announced over PA system. I then go to register and asked cashier how she was doing? She relied cash or card? Geez. Customer service needs serious coaching

If I could give this store negative reviews I would. No toilet paper in the bathroom stalls, messy and gross. It was incredibly annoying during my whole shopping trip to hear an employee (over my 2 toddlers) complain about having to do her job. Yelling indirectly about customers not putting stuff away and using the dressing rooms not to her standard. Honey get a new job, retail ain’t it. Employee was younger girl, short brown hair and incredibly rude. Cashier was okay but the checkout process is ridiculous. I’m having to remove hangers and hang them up causing lines to back up. I feel if I’m doing their job I should at least get an employee discount. All of the employees encourage and laugh at each other being disrespectful. Last time I shop at this location. Which is unfortunate because I love the shopping centers near.

This location is awful. They had two registers opened and one could only take cards. There was a long line of people waiting to check out. When I told the lady (Chrsti I believe was her name) that I hd a few returns she stated that she could help me only if I had it organized and wirh a receipt. She had a nasty attitude the whole time. The security employee was throwing around shopping carts obviously aggravated about something. Christi asked me if I had ever worked in retail with her snarky attitude. She stated it takes all kind to make the world go around. The kind of employees I encountered today have No business in customer service! Do not recommend this location and will not return!!
