I don't know what the deal is with this Ross. This store is such a mess. The line to check out is always way too long. And the store is always dirty. Put a mop in someone's hand for crying out loud.

Don’t shop here. Managers are rude and so are the cashiers. The lady with the gray hair needs to be fired. She was so rude to my husband.

I had never post any bad review about any place especially about workers but there’s a lady with blonde hair working at this Ross and she was really mean with me and my husband. We were talking and she interrupted us while I was trying on a skirt. I know there’s a fitting rooms but we were in a rush besides I think it’s something that everyone does and I had on my leggings from the gym and I was just trying them on over the leggings. I completely understand that is her job but there’s a much more polite way to say that you should use the fitting rooms rather then interrupting our conversation and having a rude undertone.

Great customer service the rep who helped was very nice and helpful she got the line down quick even when it was night time she still treated her day like she just started it! Associate number last four 7932 I wanted to recognize her by her name however receipt only shows just her associate ID thank you so much

This Ross is ALWAYS busy, but today their cashier, Ashlyn, was very sweet and accommodating. I can’t imagine how difficult and annoying it may be to work customer service in such a busy, chaotic environment. Ashlyn remained attentive and friendly the whole time I waited in line and checked out. kudos to Ashlynn for keeping a good attitude, and having amazing work ethic in a very difficult environment.

Went to the store today in a great mood not knowing that I was going to be profiled by an older lady working in the dressing room area. She wanted to let me know be sure to leave the tags and security tag on the clothes I was trying on so that nothing goes off at the door because someone will meet me there if I did. I told her in reply that she has the wrong person I don't steal. In the future Ross should not have someone representing them that is racially profiling black customers. I will not be returning to this location although I live around the corner would rather drive to the Woodlands. I do want to say thank you for miss Kitty for addressing this right away. I'm not sure what happened with the situation but in my opinion, she should not be working there at all! I'm so upset, I'm writing the review in the car 😠 People have to do better this is a horrible way of treating customers keeping you all a float

I love all the fines and at great prices. I put four star because they are always slow to check out, but they are getting better.
