Stopped in for BBQ supplies, store was very busy and it took a while longer than I wanted due to items having been moved since my last visit, very aggravating, I needed more items but didn't have the time to search just wish stores would leave things alone!

Pay for a stupid membership and have to pay to upgrade to buy at a certain time they should of said that before I spent my time getting my groceries o you can upgrade for 32 dollars if you want to buy it now ridiculous

1/16 - Optical Center needs SIGNIFICANT customer service training. They were rude and argumentative regarding the fit of the frames on the bridge of my nose. Completely unfriendly and inconvenienced by my being there.When I approached their counter, the lady flatly asked me if she could help me. The young man who had helped me a week ago, whispered to her that he knew me. He said nothing to me and went to grab my frames.I tried them on and wanted the frames adjusted so they were not tilting to one side. After the young man adjusted them multiple times, the lady insisted they were "perfectly straight," and went so far as to compare my frames with the frames on their shelf. She told me it was "just you." I explained that they favored one side more than the other, but the young man helping me apparently didn't understand which way the glasses were tilting. The lady adjusted my frames two more times. At this point, the problem was not resolved, and the lady was simply bending random parts of my glasses with her hands as though it was some guessing game. The young man and lady acted as though they were annoyed EVERY time I asked them to tighten the frames.I simply took the frames to Walmart next door and the lady, with a smile on her face, fixed the problem in under two minutes.This whole incident makes me question WHY I pay for a Sam's membership when Costco has this down to a science, and has never once been rude to me for simply want the frames to be comfortable when wearing them.

I bought a rotisserie chicken and when I got home it was bloody and half raw. I reached out to the store but was on hold and every minute they would pick and say please hold.After 8 minutes I hung up. I live 15 miles away so it is not worth the trouble to go back.

Always a good place to shop. Some of Sam's products are way cheaper then anywhere else.

I dont really see the "wholesale" deals any longer and it's too "open" to the public meaning Sam's is geared hard towards retail now.

Has what I need, and more; always leave with more than anticipated. The convenient Sam's Club app lets me scan each item before I place it in the shopping cart, then pay once I've gotten everything. I don't have to wait in those long lines for a register, like all the people I see wating as I walk past them at the registers. I guess they don't know there's an app that speeds up the shopping process... ?? And, the "Plus" membership pays for itself.
