So I went Into this beauty supply for the first time! I really appreciate the fact that I was not hounded, nor stalked while shopping for my items! Once the owner came out, he was very attentive to my needs and know the products very well! Not to mention, the prices are unmatched! I will be spending more money with them!

Parking lot is a hill if you don't got proper brakes don't even pull up. Go down street to next closest or park and walk. Also both times I tried to go here the door was locked during business hrs

Let’s first start by saying they show the upmost respect and have unbeatable Customer service. The store is easily one of my favorites just based on me knowing where everything is. A true family business with great core values established.

this punk can't get nomo money for me he sold me a synthetic wig for 100$ didnt let me open it in store and lied saying it was good quality i wouldn't spit on him if he was burning on fire infront of me the new beauty supply by stripes is way better he a peon all that moldy hair supplies he's disgusting f all his people and his time coming

I used to love this store and swore this was the best one in Conroe. The customer service was amazing and the selection is great. However. Today my sister went in to show me the wigs on FaceTime, and she was searching for braiding hair for herself. The female owner approached my sister and accused her of recording the entire store, wigs & braiding hair & “behind the counter.” My sister ended up putting her items down and just leaving. I called to see when the policy went into effect and if they had that posted. The owner said its not posted but it is their business. With this policy in place, sadly, we will have to use the other beauty supply in the area.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The ladies and I wanted wigs for Mother's Day tomorrow, read the reviews and decided to check this beauty supply out.The good and the bad: they have the most extensive collection of wigs I've seen yet. Row upon row of wigs. The bad? The owner will not let you try ANY of the wigs on and you could only look at three of them. What does looking at 3 and not being able to try them going to do for me. Some of the wigs were $200 plus so you expect me to shell money out and not try them on? I don't think so. He also said something about the pandemic and diseases, like you couldn't offer a wig cap? He also admonished us for running our hands through the wigs, just touch them from the back. We opted not to spend our money here and went to H Beauty Supply in Spring. Most of the clientele coming in the store is black; that's how you treat us? I would humbly suggest going elsewhere where you'll be treated like a customer and not an inconvenience. Never again.

I was very disappointed when we arrived. I took my mom and aunt shopping for wigs (for mother’s day). We we’re looking to buy at least 4 wigs in total. This guy behind the counter told us that they could not allow us to try on the wigs and that it was because of covid. Funny! Never heard of a such thing, we thought that the whole idea of shopping for wigs (in store) is getting to try them on. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and found great customer service at that! Won’t be back!

Never knew this place existed, until I was headed to another beauty supply place and happened to see it. Interesting store with pretty good prices. The reason it only received 4 stars is for 2 reasons. The store is kinda on a steep incline and if u are not careful u will damage your car entering and exiting the parking lot. The next is the door is literally stuck which might give u the impression the door is locked until u realize they are open and basically throw out your arm to get it open. Other than those 2 things, they have a ton of products for pretty good prices. Tons of Hair!!!

I needed advise and spent a LOT of money there. They were very nice to us and deceiving on their product. Needless to say I will not be back. Found somthing much much better!!!
