Just picked up our Honda Civic. Very impressed with the quality of work. Even my grandson said “that car hasn’t looked that good in a minute”. LOL. That’s important since it’s his car & 17 year olds need a good looking car. Thanks again Ashley for all your help through the process.

They did good but we had some hiccups with the repairs and with their accepting payment from the insurance company. I have no overall problem with them, but it wasn't 100% ideal.

Ashley was real polite and helpful taking pics for my quote for my damaged Lexus very quickly on Tuesday ... Backed up with work she thought it could be up to a week to get my quote and I received my quote to my AAA Insurance the next day on Wednesday.I also talked to David in Monday the day before who took a note because Ashley was not in at that time. David was very polite and helpful as well. ?Service King ? I recommend if you want quick responses or replies from my personal experience.- Monte

I am glad I chose Service King Collision for my repairs. They continually kept me updated on the status of repairs and expected completion date. They were faster on the turn around time than the dealership had quoted me. They staff was always friendly and courteous. I would recommend them and will use them again if needed.Services: Painting

My car was hit while I was at work. Once they took receipt of my car, aw week later, it took another three weeks to complete the repairs. A week or so later I had the work inspected at another shop. Everything was fine aside from the steering wheel alignment, which was slightly off. Overall a good experience.Services: Painting

Ashley at the front desk seemed helpful when I made my appointment (very polite). She took my claim paperwork, made a copy and scheduled me a week out for the repairs. I mentioned I needed a rental and she replied, "no problem, Enterprise was open until 5:30PM". I showed up a week later (after work @5PM) to drop off my car, Ashley and Jessy looked at me as if wondering why I was there. I said Ashley made me an appointment last week. Jessy took my paperwork and said okay...do you have a payment from Progressive? I told her no, Progressive tried to give me a payout but I declined it because I want the car fixed (Why do I need a payment)? Jessy seemed very knowledgeable and explained Progressive and Geico are hard to get money from and Service King requires a down payment (check from insurance sent to client and then indorsed to Service King) ?. Jessy, immediately called progressive to get proof of a check being issued which was confirmed within minutes. I then thought what a hassle, I wish Ashley would have mentioned all this last week when I made the appointment. From there, I reminded them about getting my rental car. Jessy asked, did you make an appointment with Enterprise? At this point I was upset, Ashley didn't mention this either last week. I told Jessy, I didn't know about making an appointment but what should I do to resolve this issue? She said she'd call Enterprise and get the next appointment....Which would not be within the next 15 minutes (closing time at 5:30PM). I was very disappointed at this point. I wanted to pay for the rental out of pocket (cash) because it wasn't included in my car insurance policy. Jessy, said...oh Service King doesn't do "personal rentals". This just was the last straw for me, I told Ashley...you should have mentioned all of this to me last week!! I would have never made an appointment with you if you explained all this to me in the first place. You just lost a 10k sale and I will never recommend your company. Jessy then canceled the Progressive in route down payment and I walked out. Ashley should not be at the front desk if she is not going to explain the facts. Jessy was very helpful but it still took 15+ minutes to get through all the issues that could have been avoided last week.

These guys have had my vehicle for almost a month. Repairs are not considered major. Problems appear to be the lack of detail. Not happy with service advisor, and after speaking with the manager and problems persist, no updates or returned calls. Front desk personnel do their best put out the fires of the shop itself and I applaud them. My insurance reccomended them, however I most definitely would not refer to a friend or family member.

Good place with good people that understand your not coming there because life is rainbows and cupcakes but because your vehicle has gotten ruined. Very polite staff, willing to talk to you and explain, and being a mechanic myself the last 20 years seem to be very knowledgeable in there work!

Service King in Conroe does excellent paint matching. The color on my FRS is called Raven and it looks black but it color changes like a Raven. I thought there was no way they would be able to match that color but they did.When a truck backed into the Fiat I knew that Service King would do an excellent job again and they did.The ladies at the front desk are friendly, the paint and body technicians do qualify work and do recommend them.Services: Body & Trim

Fortunately, we've only had to use a collision repair service twice since 2007. We have been impressed both times with the professionalism and thorough explanations of Service King. Kudos!!
