Walked in to get service on my older sewing/embroidery machine and walked out with a new upgraded one. I absolutely love all the new features of my Brother NQ3550W. James was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and I even got a trade-in for my old machine. Highly recommend the Conroe store! Thank you!

The Janome MC9450 is a real nice machine! It runs very smoothly. Love the huge extension table and the extra lighting!

My warranty on my machine expired during the covid epidemic, and while their store was closed, so I was unable to bring it in, when asked was there anything they could do, nope not a thing. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I visited this store to compare machines for quilting yesterday. The staff there was extremely knowledgeable in the machines and guided me in picking out the machine that was right for me and the projects I want to tackle! There was no pressure to jump into the most expensive ones, which I greatly appreciated.

Great place to do business. Everyone is so helpful. Purchased an Brothers Embroidery XE2, and love that you can schedule 1 hour free class up to a year to help you learn your machine. Annual maintenance is cheaper when you purchase your machine from them and warrant is 3 year longer if you bring your machine in annually for service.

I thought I should take my Vintage Pfaff to an "Authorized Dealer" for service, but they (McD*****) said my machine was unfixable and this was after they ruined (fried the circuit board) another one of my Pfaff machines. After fabulous service with my Janome that I purchased from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, I thought I would let them try to fix the impossible. THEY DID!!! I am SO excited!!! Love their service and Tammy was great to work with!!!

I went with very minimal knowledge of what a sewing/embroidery machine does. First one, i was helped by Brenda. She is very knowledgeable and provided very good service. She went through everything i needed to get started and explained exactly what everything did. Truly phenomenal the knowledge she holds. Second machine, i was helped by James. He went through and explained how to connect and disconnect my machine in great detail. He was even able to get me a deal on this particular machine that was sold out elsewhere! I’m not one to leave reviews but this is definitely my go to spot for anything sewing & embroidery related. I have officially purchased 2 machines from here and will be back for the next upgrade!
