guy is literally never at the window, customers wait awhile & then leave. no one is ever seen working in this store at night.
in 20 mins of waiting 6 customers left because of the lack of service.

Used the Car wash yesterday and it put a huge dent in my tailgate and took off the paint as well. Almost ripped off my door molding as well. Will never use this car wash again.

Used there car wash and my mirror was folded in my vehicle and it was knocked off. When talking to the manager in training she cussed at me saying of course it's a mother effing Tahoe which some how I kept my cool.Filed a claim and you would think she'll is liable but no didn't give me anything said that they're not liable for my mirror breaking in your car wash with my mirrors folded. Morale of the story just don't use Shell car wash they do not care for their customers. Also I'm going to stop using Shell all together I advise anyone else to do the same.

So I came to buy cigarettes literally 05/02/21 at 12:45 am and this lady out here telling me that my ID fake just cause it had a bubble on it from when drying it. IDK the name of this lady but she just ruined my morning making me feel like an Alien like bitch I was born here nothing difference from yo white ass!!!!!!

Worse place to stop at. Had to use restroom when there and young guy said in back. Went in back and it was locked. Waited awhile. Finally went inside and asked if there was a key. He said no and that meant someone was in there. Went back out and waited a bit. Next thing a girl attendant came out with key. unlocked it and said "no one in there." Really? Of course no toilet paper in either roll (should have checked). No paper towels. ... went inside and told them there was none in either nor extra. She responded "well we just got here" and shrugged her shoulders. .... well maybe staff before should have filled the large rolls before they left but also maybe the bucket of ice she had in her hand is not as important as someone needing other services. Not to mention ... really that's how you respond??? Maybe " we'll get right to it for the next person!" Note, it was 3:20... not sure what shift starts at that time??? Plus there are two of them. Certainly one can check the restroom in the way in. Stinks that even during Covid, service industries still not customer service oriented.
