Came in to buy a couple of things while waiting for McD order.. Clerk was on his phone talking to a woman and didn't really look up. Then when he did he was like hold up there's a customer. Still sitting down just scanned items, and kept talking to the woman on phone. I stood there and asked for a bag. He reached down and put it on the counter. Just kept talking on phone and put his head down. Bagged my stuff and walked away, poor service skills. He wasn't even paying attention to the store, it's convenient to the hospitals but seems like I need to drive a little further to a different store apparently.

One of the worst gas stations the woodlands has to offer. This location is not 24 hours. Theyre waisting peoples time and money for no reason. I cant tell you how many times im in the mcdonalds line (easily the worst ive been to but its closest) and see how many people are confused when they go to open the door because you falsely set your location at 24 hours.

This location has problems every time I go, I drive for a delivery service and every night I come here it’s either they don’t have a certain item, they only take cash after midnight, or the drive through workers are extremely rude. This one should be shut down.

Staff was very courteous and the inside was immaculate.. Greetings from the staff as others entered. Very welcoming atmosphere.

I was charged $23 for a 12 pack of beer because I picked up a DIFFERENT 6 pack of beer, put it back, but had to pay for both. Apparently if you pick something up and put it back you have to pay. So either this is store policy or the dude behind the register stole from me. But I'm sure is store policy because he rang something up, voided it, printed the receipt, signed it, then charged me $23 for a twelve pack of piss beer. I should have got a receipt but covid but here is the next best thing.

Very dirty and staff was very rude when I tried to use my shell rewards and stated their store does not honor the rewards even though they advertise it on their pumps and under their card reader in the store.
