Manager is extremely rude. Disrespectful and unfriendly. She has a disgusting attitude. I nicely asked her for something and immediately responded with attitude… THIS STORE WILL LOOSE LOTS AND LOTS OF CUSTOMERS. She needs to improve or stay home if she isn’t happy where she is. I’m sure a lot of neighbors are already visiting other gas stations and this one will soon loose sales. Unfortunately owners don’t care about many bad reviews mainly about an aggressive manager that doesn’t need to represent SHELL.

I'm about to rabout this business in the last 6 months when we buy cigarettes over there every single day we get different prices only in the last 23 weeks we pay attention for the numbers apparently when you buy Tupac you pay 797 but the register they charge you either full price for the cigarette or they tell to the customer they cannot help him Please pay attention I'm going to report To malbo company And whoever we need to get involved for this running scam.FYI last week I got really mad and the person who was in the register was calling to the manager and only after the manager explaining how to do it I received the discount that I need please be awareThe owner of the gas station stealing from the small people that's disgusting.

Female staff are never friendly. Wave you away and tell you to go away. Multiple times have had issues with buying/redeeming lottery tickets and once had the door locked on me during daylight hours saying that they were closed but had customers in the store.

The experience in this Shell has been by far the worst. The women in the store constantly have the music blaring. It seems more like a night club then a filling station. The manager a short fat woman is rude and verbally abusive to the customers. Reading several of the other reviews. Little to nothing has been done to curb this behavior. The employees although not working directly for SHELL. do represent the company. Myself and several other neighbors have chosen to take our business down the street, when this station is closer. Bad imagine for the Shell Corp.

If I could give zero I would. The short lady that claims she's a manager refused to sell me two cokes to my Uber driver. There were 3 people in line in disbelief.If this was the first time maybe it wouldn't have been a big dealI think her son works there she was screaming at a customer in front of me and this like 17 yr old kid came out and pushed her back to shut up. That was another customer just trying to purchase something. She is unprofessional and violent. I will never along with family that live on 1488 and old conroe road widener go there again.Never again.

The people are nice but they sell FAKE ELF BARS. Not sure if the owner is aware but they have the tell tale signs of a fake. Type font is different, the light comes on in the wrong spot (airflow hole instead of charging port), the flavours taste way off compared to the same vapes bought along the street at a proper smoke shop and the quality of the materials used are noticeably less.Be careful out there, we all have to quit nicotine for realThe top photo is of the real one bought at World Vapor across the street and the bottom from this gas station

Dont buy anything in here. They’ll sell defective product and then refuse It to exchange It for you. The lady said to me “you went to your car and grabbed one that wasn’t working to get an extra one”. I was literally standing at the front door never even made It to my truck.. she could see me the whole time! Rude and terrible costumer service.
