All the time they don't have paint, they send you to another store to buy it. The manager doesn't have any use in having a supply in the store.

Be very careful when asking them to match paint. Double check the finished product before you leave the store - formula and actual color. Ask them to do a dab or leave one on top of the can

Not sure why they have other good reviews. I come here when absolutely necessary because the other locations are so much better. This location is always out of basic paints needed. Not only that, there's always a long line because these guys are the slowest. Not very good with customer service, never smile, never in a rush. I prefer any other location.

Poor Customer Service!, I go into Store on 1/6/2023, on 203 Longmire Rd, Conroe, Tx. 77304, To Enquire on some Paint I needed, they act like I wasn't there, People come in Store after I did, they waited on them, they did not say Someone will be with you shortly? I waited 5-8mns, I go into Managers office, he's hanging out on the Phone, I left Store, I called back to Complain to a Manager, after about 5mns, one of the Manager named "Cory" gets on Phone states things get Crazy when (Busy), poor excuse! I hung up Phone, I'm very Frustrated by now, I went to Lowes, as soon as I went to Paint section, a guy by the name Sergio comes up to me, ask did I need any Assistance, He helped me Located the Paint I needed, I would never Recommend that SW Paint Store to anyone I know, that's a Fact!
