New location, but often very low on donuts even at the beginning of the morning. I always dread when one particular staff member is there because she makes it very difficult to order donuts for a large office group each time. It's almost like she doesn't want to give you what little donuts they have.

I just left this location literally 10 minutes ago and walked out with ordering because absolutely no one had on gloves or a mask. The girl at the cash register in the black shirt kept scratching herself right in front of the donut case never once did she leave to wash her hands. The lady that was assisting me had on no gloves so I asked her if they wear gloves, she said yes and proceeded to grab a bag and tissue with her bare hands ( if you understand the true definition of cross contamination then you just cringed) to go look for gloves! Why wouldn't gloves be near the donut case? Why aren't gloves easily accessible in a food establishment during a pandemic? That's disgusting and irresponsible on management. Another patron also walked out and thanked me once she realized what my issue with them was. Please protect yourselves while eating out. At the very least everyone working around food should be wearing gloves and practicing hand washing.

$10.50 for a dozen donuts???...the donuts may have been fresh but not worth the cost. There's a Korean Donut shop off of N336 Loop where the donuts are larger and fresher, plus only $8.50 a dozen. They may also be steep, but their serving sizes are more worth it. Bye bye Shipleys!

Stopped here to buy donuts for a client and they were fresh and very good. I'm knocking them for cleanliness. The place is dirty on the inside and out! It's gross. I'm glad this isn't by normal Shipleys cuz I'd be very disappointed.

Cold, like refrigerator cold donuts. Must have been made earlier. Next time I'll drive to North Main.

I've been going to this location for years, but yesterday was ridiculous. I normally come in around opening time 4:00am to get the freshest donuts and it's completely worth it. Only problem is when I got there, there were 2 guys working but the doors were locked, I tried knocking because it was past opening time, no signs on the door indicating that they had reduced hours, one of them just looks at me and keeps on doing what he was doing. So I go to the other door and I knocked again and he looked at me again and I signaled to my left rosy indicating that it was passed opening time. He just shrugged and didn't care. You know, he could've easily came out and talked to me and possibly, I don't know, addressed the situation, but instead he decided to just let me sit outside and get sweaty.I have documentation on the time I was there, and if it does violate OSHA regulations, you bet I'll be filing a complaint.

Way too expensive!!!! I just paid 8.00 for 2 kalaches, 1 dz. Donut holes,& 1 donut. I will never do it again. I can go to ARANDAS bakery & get 7 kalaches,3 empenadas,& a large milk for 8.00. The kalaches r a thousand times better there & they r bigger.
