I called about a critical part for my dryer and after about 10 minutes on hold was told "We should have it." I told the man on the phone I would be right down as I only live less than 5 minutes away. He told me dont bother because "We're leaving in 10 minutes for a while." Mind you their hours are 9:30 to 5:00 and this was at 10:15 in the morning. I asked when they would return and was told 2:00 pm. So I waited all day until 2:30 only to go to the store and discover the doors locked and nobody was around. There was no sign on the door either. I tried calling several times throughout the day trying to get my part and they never answered. I took my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did because I got my part MUCH cheaper anyway. I dont recommend this place. Clowns.

This place is amazing! The parts center has been a life saver on more than one occasion. They will track down a part if they don't have it and order it for you, instead just saying we don't have it. I've been using this place for 25 years and it's the same great service.

Here on Tuesday drove from Cleveland web site said open till 5 I got here at 1130 and it's 1240 know one in sight

Drove here on Friday at 2pm from Spring and not a person in site. Doors are locked and all lights are off. No notice online stating closed on Fridays

They have a good stock of appliance parts and can usually get the them pretty fast if they don't. Call before you go, sometimes they are out of the store, and you could be left waiting a bit. That said I prefer to wait and give my money to local companies not china.

Called for a dryer heating part. Owner knew right away what the issue was, the cost (far less than online) and that he had it in stock. He even offered to stay open late because the next day was a holiday and his store would be closed! True to his word, I got to the store after closing time and he was there with the part. Outstanding! This guy is a gem.
