South Loop Spirits is a quaint, clean, and organized local liquor store. Reviews highlight its amazing and wonderful customer service, with staff who greet customers by name and are always very nice and helpful. The experience is comfortable and makes people's day. While prices can be a little bit higher than big box stores, the excellent service and personal connection are more than worth it. The store has a great selection and has really improved under its awesome owner. Customers feel so positive that they never plan to go anywhere else.

    love the new owners very clean and you can see the shelves are starting to fill up with top quality products, if they don't have it they will try to get it for you

    Ms. Lauren’s customer service and expertise are truly unmatched. I am so sad to see her go, but incredibly grateful for all of her help every time I come in! I hope the owner is able to find a replacement who is just as fantastic as she is.
