Well.. I wish I could support this business but it's hard when the door is locked the multiple times I've tried to come during business hours (with no sign on the door saying otherwise). And the 5 or so times I've tried to call during business hours.

Came here for the first time the other day and had a pleasant experience w/ the owner however I bought a protein bar and when I got home, I noticed it was HARD and almost impossible to bite into and realized the expiration date was from 10/2022. Fast forward to today, my boyfriend went to go pick up our order of Flexed Foods from them and mentioned it to the employee that was worked that certain brand of protein bars were expired to which he replied “you’ll be alright”??? If this is how their employees talk to customers, I definitely won’t be back. ✌?

Great place to get all your nutrition needs. The owner who also works behind the counter can answer any questions for you. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he has on the shelf’s.You will find everything you need and if you don’t (highly unlikely) he will get it for you. Always a great experience going In there.He always has samples available for you to tryThe store is always clean and organized.
