Our thermal label printer stopped working. I called and spoke with a gentleman who was very kind, was honest to say he has not seen, nor worked on this type of machine, and the hourly cost would be more than simply getting a new machine. I appreciate him not trying to make a quick buck! Shows us their integrity! Thank you!

This is a hidden gem in Conroe, Texas. Locally owned and operated, these folks still care about their customers, they are always friendly, and with regard to printing and office supplues, if they don't have, they will get it. Their prices are great, and the service is superior to the big chain stores. If you like supporting local businesses, and you need office supplies or printing services, this is the place you should go. I high recommend this business.
