Our friend David helped me and my family with such personality and fun. He was very accommodating to all of our needs and even laughed at our funnies…he is a great associate and advocate for this company. We have been with T-Mobile for over ten years and David is the one of the reasons that keeps us there and loyal. Keep it up David!

Came here with my husband to see about getting our own phone plan together and off of our families. The 2 representatives were less than helpful. The 2 gentlemen were clearly sexist and were not interested in talking to me about the plan. One of them had the audacity to say “well I’m assuming it will be in his name right?” And I asked “why his name?” And his coworker said “well it can only be under one name for like the credit check and checking for eligibility.” Soooo these men assumed that since I’m the wife I would not have the good credit to be able to get approved for a line?? Weird. As soon as my husband walked up they were ready to give us actual information but were still not very helpful. We left to go to a different location who have staff who actually want to do the job they’re being paid to do. You know, helping customers that are any gender. Not just men LOL

CALL T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!Steven at this store said my phone bill was 230$ to start with which it wasn’t it was 175$ which the T Mobile customer service lady clarified it really was. I wanted to trade TWO IPHONE 13s for two new iPhone 15s and to be short he said with TWO TRADE INS my total would be 275$ I declined because it made absolutely no sense !! I went home called TMobile customer service and they got me 2 IPHONES 15s with NO TRADE IN (I kept both my 13s) for 207$ so I kept both my old phones and got two new ones for 70$ less a month than what this guy said it would be! I hope this helps someone! I sold cars for 7 years and I knew this guy was trying to rip me off from the start!

I never liked Tim mobile I had a spring when did mobile bad spring problems begin know I’m coming to the T-Mobile store and I Stephen help me which I’m not really satisfied with the information. Do I ask questions and like how much it’ll cause a trade-in and the answer was peanuts I’m really believe isn’t professional and will definitely for this reason start the process to go to another phone provider will definitely give Minos star if that will be possible. Customer service signals on phones nothing but problems if you want to avoid headaches, do not visit store by I45 336 and 3083

Waited an hour to get helped. Had to talk to someone on phone for a huge problem. Found out later that all solutions given on phone never went through. Went back and was put on another phone call. Given new "solutions". Found out later they also were never implemented. It's time to change service provider. After being a Sprint and T mobile customer for over 25 years.

I had come here as an employee at another phone company. I came here to help my parents with their phone. These employees were the epitome of rude, condescending, and acting like they know it all. The second they told me SIM cards don’t go bad and new unlocked phones don’t work with T-Mobile I should have about faced out of there. They clearly need retraining because they wouldn’t help me at all & know all the wrong info. Not really professional on T-Mobile knowledge as a “manager”. Never again! The help line was %100000 times more helpful than whoever works here.. oh not to mention they said the phone was TOO cheap to work on their lines!

Stephen P. Fixed my issue within 10 minutes of being there after multiple calls to customer support and decided to just go into a store. Super friendly and fast service.

The staff is nice and always professional. The store is clean. As expected each visit is usually full of high pressure sales. To cancel any lines you must call customer service. And of course, almost any phone purchased in the store is well over $1000.

My experience today was excellent, jheimy was such a wonderful person. She went out of her way to make everything was working and I understood how to use the items I got from T-mobile. You should have more people like her, because customer service is very important but there's not much about that now in days. She is very knowledgeable and deserves a promotion and a raise I'll keep going back to T-mobile because of her.
