5 months after I moved in I get a notice about rent going up $150 a month in 2024. Now a 12 months later they are increasing our rates another $150 a month in 2025. They just keep going up and up and up. They are the most expensive units in all of Conroe as I have spent some time calling around and majority of the other facilities I have called said they do not increase rates every year like 105 seems to do like clock work so odd they claim its due to costs but none of their competiotes are going up. They claim it is for property taxes but I own property in Montgomery County and our taxes have gone down in the last two years but 105 seems to keep going up. The only reason I havent left to this point is I have to hire a full on moving crew for 2 to 3 days with two trucks to get everything moved out. But that will be happening soon as I can not keep paying $1550 a month for a storage unit when I can get the same size unit across town for around a $1000 a month. These people are crazy. Renters beware what ever your paying now you will be paying more after you rent.

Their family is great, but..
I'm 74 years old and don't do email. They ONLY invoice by email. And, they don't politely call if you are late paying. Rather, they charge you an outrageous late fee of $50. It seems they are out to make late fees a critical part of their income, regardless of the pain or situation of their customers.
In short, I will go somewhere else next time.

I spoke to a very nice woman and signed a contract for an indoor storage unit. The details for my access code and specific storage unit were sent to my email. We could not find my storage unit anywhere and it had been a long day of moving. It appears the unit on my agreement was actually outside and on one of the farthest exterior rows. It was the weekend and there was no way to correct the situation with my belongings in the fray. My stuff was put in the storage unit and a few years later all of my leather furniture is ruined and my washer and dryer have rusted pretty severely. When I spoke to someone that Monday, they insisted they sent me details for an indoor unit, but the contract doesn’t lie. The only agreement and corresponding emails all point to the same storage unit located very much outdoors and far from anything climate controlled. Once one cumbersome move had concluded, I was not inclined to immediately negotiate another. The heat wrecked my furniture and the bottoms of my two relatively new mattresses have recently started to grow mold.
