I don’t know why I bother continuing to give this branch a try. Every employee that works there seems so inconvenienced by the thought of making a sandwich for a customer. This time I sent a curbside order because I was in a hurry and the order never got updated as it was being prepared or completed, so I walk in to see what’s up and it’s just sitting on the pick up shelf. What an incredible lazy employee hack to not update the status of the order so that your curbside customers can’t check in when they get there. I’m making assumptions here, but it makes sense to me given the attitude of the employees that work here. I will happily drive a few minutes more to another location to ensure that the employees don’t ever have to be inconvenienced by my orders ever again.Update: Oh, and let’s act shocked. My order was wrong.

I came in today to get some dinner. I had driven two hours home from work. I had to use the restroom incredibly bad. Tried to use the restroom and someone was in there. Heard them flush heard them sit on their phone for a total of 15 minutes before they finally open the door. When the person walked out, it was an employee. She gave me a dirty look. I told the other girl that was also working. She told me she would talk to her and then as I'm leaving, I see the girl that was in the bathroom looking at me through the glass and they both started laughing. Never had a worse customer service experience before. This happened around 6:30 on Thursday 10/12. Won't ever make the mistake of coming to this location again.

Don’t come here. The woman working there was extremely condescending and rude, even though I was very polite to her. She made snide comments about my order (which was a very basic order) as I was checking out.

The sandwich wasn't hot, it was barely warm. The bread wasn't toasted. I think they need to fix the oven. I didn't smell the bread cooking like I do in other Subways. This is not the only subway that I have been to that the oven does not work well. They should be the same in all stores.

The girl who started my sandwich named Liyah ruined my day. She had such a rude attitude and was mumbling under her breathe when I asked for extra meat. Then she left my sandwich to go cold after toasting and skipped over finishing our sandwich to continue someone who came after us. Horrible with her. The other lady Jay was very sweet to finish her order she was doing and hurried to finish ours. She apologized and finished our sandwich. Not coming back though as long as that attitude continues.
