It was a pleasure working with Tom & Mike on our backyard, covered patio project. Their professionalism, communication, transparency and attention to detail really stood out to us and gave us peace of mind that the job would get done correctly. Summit R&R is certified to install the Renaissance patio product which is how we initially got linked up but they also managed all the other phases of the project including removal of our old deck, pouring a new concrete patio and overlaying the existing pool deck to match the patio, replacing windows, brickwork and electrical through various subcontractors. All the crews involved did excellent work and we were given a very detailed cost breakdown on the front end which most GC’s aren’t willing to do. As an added plus, there were no surprise change orders which is also a rarity these days. We are extremely pleased with the final product as our backyard space is much more usable and comfortable now. For all these reasons, we would definitely recommend Summit R&R to anyone looking to complete a home project.

I highly recommend Summit R&R. They came highly recommended by a friend. They came out quickly to appraise my roof problems. Gave me a clear concise evaluation. I was offered options. When the job was set. They responded quickly and did a great job. Clean up was complete and thorough. Next big rain I was high and dry. Great job, guys. I would definitely use them again.

Summit did a great job with our pool build! Tommy was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had, and Tom and Mike made the process easy for us. They were able to work off of tentative drawings we already had and made sure the final design had everything that we wanted for our backyard. It turned out even better than we expected and can't wait to make memories here!

Tom & Mike did a complete renovation on our kitchen. This included tearing out tile, cabinets, and a supporting beam. We also had major plumbing work done to move some appliances around. We still walk into our home and are in disbelief that the kitchen they delivered is ours. They do excellent work, are very responsive, and worked with us to put together exactly what we wanted. It has been a year since the work was done, and we have had no issues.Services: Tile work installation

Tom, Mike and their teams did a great job in building out our idea for an unfinished room (just sub-floor and joists truss framing existed at the start) above our attached garage. The combo office / man-cave has been a great time to use so far.While we wanted to swing for the fences a bit, we didn't want to use out on utility so I appreciated details they suggested like building/blending attic crawl space doors into the wall paneling we were looking for.While no project will ever be without a punch list at the end, I really appreciated that they were conscious of how they stacked the various trades (in this case framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting) and thought ahead on potential sticking points due to some our initial selections. This kept the project moving along quickly and also prevented rework.Lastly, I also appreciated how they balanced their time on-site as general contractors. They were on site enough to keep the schedule flowing and catch any issues quickly but didn't spend excessive time that would drive up the project cost.All-in-all, a great job!Service: Remodeling

Incredible experience working with Mike and Tom on our home projects. Both of these guys are the best in the business at what they do. Experts and professionals from start to finish and that's not even getting into the actual finished product on our home. The Renaissance Patio that they provided for us is incredible. Couldn't be more happy with it and all our neighbors have been asking about it but it was Mike and Tom's service that made the entire project seem flawless. We experienced extensive damages after pipes leaked caused from the 100 year Houston freeze. The water damage impacted parts of the garage, laundry room, and the entire master bath, including the master bedroom. We immediately called Tom and Mike, as I had worked with Mike when our windows were replaced. They came over the next day to assess the damages and work began. Because everything was gutted they shared a creative vision that we couldn't see. The project was clearly written out. We collaborated throughout the entire project and to say that they were patient is an understatement. They were so understanding and compassionate to all that we were going through. Tom handled all the permits and advocated for us while speaking to our inspectors and insurance. They are professional, experienced and thorough. Their teams are respectful while in your home and always clean up afterwards. They do amazing work!!! I am grateful to them for giving us a beautiful master suite that feels more like an oasis, and a new laundry room. I highly recommend them for your future home repairs, projects, or renovations.Services: General construction
