  Dirty most of the time soda machine is constantly broken and gross and there is never ice on the single beers making them turn skunky

  Been outside for at least 30 minutes because cashier said she was doing end of day. Never had an end of day process take that long. Didn’t give clear expectation of a time frame and appears to new moving slow on purpose. I’m doing Uber eats so that affects my pay.

  I frequent this location often. They lost one star due to a specific employee he had the name Batman on his shirt I'm assuming it's a nickname. I will update my review when I get it. I was in a hurry and I understand that's not the cashier's fault. However when I get to the counter he just sits at the next register over doing paperwork. After a few mins Treyvonte (unsure of spelling) came from the back wearing a yellow T-shirt and asked if I'd been helped and helped me I was greatly appreciated and he deserves to be recognized for stopping what he was doing to help me. This is not the first bad experience I've had with the other employee this location is supposed to accept Marbolo mobile coupons he is the only one in the store who refuses to take them and has a very unpleasant attitude when handling customers. They have great employees like Treyvonte and Warren who are so friendly helpful and provide great customer service. It's sad to see people like the other employee bringing them down.

  Diesel prices are higher than the nearby QT station, and the outside printers don't seem to work. When I went inside for a receipt, the line was 8 people deep with a cashier who didn't seem to care.

  This place sucks. I work overnight and get off work around 1 am so I stop by 7/11 on my way home. Usually it’s 2 different women who work the register but today it was some guy with glasses. I went straight to the coffee section and every section I went to afterwards, the guy followed me around. Never been followed in a store before, knew he was following me too because he would randomly start “fixing aisles” or “cleaning up”. I’m a woman and i was just wearing sweats & t shirt. I DONT know if I was acting/looked suspicious or what?? He was very rude at checkout too. He was nice to the customer before me though? Idk. Very rude guy and I won’t be coming back here.

  I love their chicken empanadas. They always have the best gas prices if you have the GasBuddy app. on your phone and activate the discount.
