I brought my car in three months ago for an oil change. Turns out, they didn’t properly install the oil filter or the oil cap, Both were loose, and caused me to leak oil for weeks without me realizing it. Recently, I’ve put in five messages to this shop through take 5 customer service, Over the course of a week, and I have yet to actually speak to anybody in the shop. No one returns phone calls. Absolutely absurd… Normally I would go up there to have the problem fixed, but the car is currently out of town, where we found the issue with the filter and cap. It shouldn’t take over a week to get a hold of somebody on the phone. I do not plan on returning here!

Turned my husband away at 4:31pm. They did have a full bay, but what I thought was odd is that the reason they sent him away was because “it takes us 30 minutes per oil change” … if that’s the case, why is it called take 5? Why does the website say oil change in 10 minutes? I get that you want to go home, but my husband appreciates the veterans discount take 5 offers and should not have been turned away with 30 minutes left in your work day and no line (just a full bay)…

Showed up at 4:30 needing an oil change. The young man I spoke to said they didn’t have time to give me an oil change because it takes 30 minutes to do an oil change and there’s only two of them. So much “taking 5”.

UPDATE- After taking my car to another oil station they told me the tech didnt put my air filter back in properly and that is the reason why the service engine light came on. As soon as they adjusted it the light went off.
This is my location on every one of my oil changes however, today after the visit as soon as I left out of the parking lot, my service engine light came on.
I went back and spoke with the manager, or one of the sales representatives but really didn’t get any clear understanding. My light has never been on before and as soon as they service my car getting the oil changed it came on as soon as I left the parking lot.
They also did not have stickers to replace the one that I had before on when to service my oil again he said they ran out and didn’t know when they were gonna get them.
That same person that I talked to also asked me if one of the representative that is had reset my dashboard and I told him no, so he attempted to do it, but he said he didn’t really know how to do it.
I also had to ask to get my tire pressure checked and they told me that the air pressure machine was broken, but when I went back for the second time after my service engine light came on, I saw them putting air in someone else’s tire Like did you have a air before you just told me the machine was down? I’m not happy with the service that I receive on this day.
Not a happy customer at all
I have even tried to call to talk to a different manager and every time I call it goes straight to a voicemail. You can’t ever get anyone on the Phone It will just say the voicemail is full. Try another time..

Take 5 in Conroe out of basic oil. The machine is broken ir something. Has been and will be down for a while tried to upsale me on synthetic oil. Same thing happened to me in Houston off Wallisville rd and had to get synthetic but they did discount it some. Still $100. I went to Walmart this time. $31.00. Full service. NEVER GO BACK TO TAKE 5. You lost a 5 year customer

Left this location and same day started smelling burning oil only to get under my car to find oil leaking from my oil filter. So far cannot get ahold of anyone!
