Was walking in and a security employee asked another employee a simple question and he had a very rude and snarky answer. It was very uncomfortable and rude behavior in my opinion. The employee had green hair and I believe his name is Ty or Tyler.

I came here to get some baby food and while I was checking out an employee started making gross comments about how “I can tell you had a baby” and talking about how I should buy more veggies so “your baby isn’t fat like you”. He wasn’t wearing his name tag and refused to call his manager so I had to ask another employee. Apparently his name was Tyler? I’m not completely sure. I have never had service as awful as this and I hope managers can make this right. Service is usually great and staff is almost always pleasant.

Diaper exchange policy says they will exchange unopened unused diapers purchased from target without receipt—not even a return, just to size up—BUT ONLY if you haven’t returned anything else more than $75 (like unopened cans of formula because your babies were allergic to cow’s milk) And they will be as rude as possible about it throughout the whole process. Like walk away mid-conversation to go grab the policy binder and literally slam it down in front of you if you ask for a little more clarification rude. Or at least, Tyler with the long faded pink hair, glasses, and very obvious anger issues will. It would’ve been borderline humorous if my daughter wasn’t next to me witnessing an adult man acting like a spastic enraged teenage girl. Manager was very pleasant though and said anyone’s ID can be used. Again, for an exchange in sizes. Which is weird, but…okay? So gave up on that small fire, went to go shop and get new clothes for my daughter, took her to the fitting room, got stopped by the lady at fitting room, she rudely said “No baskets, even empty ones.” Okay fair enough. Leave my basket and go back to the room and can’t even sit down in the fitting room because there are BASKETS on the seat with clothes and ripped off tags strewn everywhere…this place is a joke and rude to the wrong people for the wrong reasons. TLDR; Just go to the Woodlands Target, they will help you with absolutely no issues.🤷🏼♀️

They need to work better with Shipt on home deliveries. Waited all evening and never got my items. I only ordered 7 items … Don’t order for delivery from this store. I was unable to go out and pick them up which is why I did it in the first place. Now I have to wait until 9am tomorrow. Two of these items are cans of baby formula. Do better.

This place is alright except the cashiers are too stupid to give you a dollar back when you hand them a penny and the change was .99$
And then to top of off, she gave me back more than a dollar in change 😂😂 girl can’t even count. I was doing her a favor.
Management- if you’re really telling your cashiers they can’t change $.99 to $1 with the addition of a penny you guys are really out of your minds. A PENNY. You’ll fight with a customer over a penny. Why would I come back? It says IGNORANT

Just left this Target after a horrible experience. I was going to buy a Lankybox toy for my daughter that they have a large sign stating 50% off. I went to check out & it rang up at regular price. I asked for a price match and the cashier grabbed the front end manager who spoke with her AP & they denied stating the product was moved. I went & took this picture showing it was not a product moved, it was a whole set up & showed the front end manager who stated “I already talked to you, have a nice day”. I work in management & would never address a customer that way. I will not be shopping at that location any further.
