I used to love going to this place . But had a very terrible experience getting a pedicure there on Thursday and had to go get it fixed at a different place today.I got a deluxe pedicure and all seemed very rushed . She forgot to cut and only pushed back the skin on one foot . Another girl had to remind her constantly about the next step since she wanted to go straight to painting my nails without even doing what was supposed to be done in the deluxe pedicure . And then while I was checking my phone she painted my toes the wrong color :( and I had to remind her what color I chose and she had to remove everything and paint them all new . TINA IS AMAZING! She clearly loves what she does and just wants the client to be happy. You never have to worry about her not supporting your decisions and executing perfectly. Thank u so much Tina. This place is truly amazing. The customer service is top notch, they serve complimentary drinks, they have attention to detail and overall take great of you! I asked for a special nail set with a marble accent and they made it happen! Will be back time and time again!Services: Nail art

Absolutely amazing, clean, friendlyand welcoming salon. The owners are so nice and truly care about your service experience. Very thoughtful menu choices ( drinks and salon services) and damn good prices. Will be back for sure. I had a pedicure, dip nails and eyebrows today. Had the absolute most AMAZING time at KTT nail salon. The staff was so lovely and wonderful, these technicians are extremely talented and care about customers comfort. It was my first time here and they made me feel at home, chatting with all of them was the most fun. Usually sitting in a chair for two hours gets boring but they were all the sweetest and i loved each and every conversation. Also came with amazing complimentary hand and body lotion. :) A real special thank you to Ashley for these stunning nails, thank you for your hard work. Shes a very talented artist. I LOVED THIS PLACE!! I have gone to many spas here in the woodlands but it’s nothing compared to this one. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming which was great! So many services are done here which is very handy. I got a full set of acrylic and all materials and area were very clean and well maintained. They offered a wide variety of colors for manicures and pedicures. 10/10 recommendService: Acrylic nails

Powder dip turned out soooo beautifully! I had a hard time deciding on a color and she was so sweet and patient with me and even helped me decide on one! My deluxe pedicure almost had me to sleep! So relaxing and the staff is funny and very down to earth! I love Holy Nails! The Pho restaurant right next door is super yummy too! I stopped by both! Made for a perfect day off today! ??

I am a construction worker and I use construction port-a-potties. I got a manicure and I will say this; staff are highly inexperienced, they used a towel that was clearly filthy (at least used on 3 other customers), the light stand that was in my face was extremely dirty, the staff acted as if they are slaves.I would estimate that this business must have a side hussle because I assure you nobody returns for a manicure.
