The Adventure Begins Comics, Games, & More, opened in 2019 by Bill and Nancy Sheely, offers a large and welcoming space for gaming, comics, and collectibles. The store features over 3500 square feet of retail space, including a 4500 square foot upstairs area with a tournament space and The Adventure Forge, where customers can enjoy 3D printing and creative projects. The Adventure Stadium showcases a wide selection of sports cards and memorabilia, along with space for pack breaking and streaming events. The store provides various amenities such as private room rentals, open play areas, free events, and options for curbside pickup and online orders. It also offers consignment and comic pulls, making it a versatile destination for enthusiasts.
Customers praise the store for its friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and diverse inventory, which includes comic books, graphic novels, board games, card games, models, sports cards, figures, and painting materials. Many mention the store's large gaming areas with tables for playing, demo games, and community events that cater to both casual and serious gamers. The upstairs area is appreciated for its ample space and event announcements. Families and children enjoy the friendly environment, where kids are free to explore and play. While some note that the upstairs can get warm during busy tournaments, overall, The Adventure Begins is highly recommended for its great selection, welcoming atmosphere, and community-oriented vibe, making it a perfect spot for gaming enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Very good experience. They didn't have what I was looking for but we did find a couple items. I didn't catch the young man's name but he was very kind and helpful.
