I’ve now lived here for a year and I still absolutely love it!
When my refrigerator broke, someone was there that day to fix it. Maintenance is great and the office is super nice and helpful, especially Ana!! She’s been so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The manager is also great every time I’ve spoken with her.
I also want to highlight that this apartment complex just feels so safe. I don’t feel scared to take walks by myself because everyone is kind and there are kids playing.
There’s also nice green spaces, spots for pets, and the amenities are great. I love the pool area. They’re beautiful pools and great spots to hang out/grill.

First apartment ever and I have no complaints. Maintenance guys are all amazing they get things fixed in less than 24 hours very polite and helpful truly a blessing and the location and parking and pool are always kept up. Would def recommend!

These people are scammers, the price of these apartments are unjustified especially since more than half the units are vacant. We got outrageous electric bills, maintenance is awful they constantly file work orders as 'finished' even though they never show up. Annette the office manager is extremely rude, the grills are never serviced, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything from the neighbors. Just rent a house at those prices do yourself a favor.

Going on 2 years at the Lakes at Westview!
I would recommend this property to others!
Iv never had an issue with the friendly office staff, especially Ana! She’s been great from the start! Maintenance is responsive, grounds are kept up. Parking is plentiful. The location is perfect! One of my favorite things about the property is the water features in the ponds. They help with road noise from 45.

Good apartments, terrible maintenance. Techs lie to you saying they will come to fix it and close the maintenance work order in the system, they talk to you like you don't know what you are talking about. Apartment was flooded once because of washer machine malfunction and several other problems. Go somewhere else, there are better apartments in the area.

2nd Update, June 17, post >6 months, Fountains restored mosquito farm closed, YaY!
Update: Today the A/C has been restored to the main gym,YaY!
Continuing to improve these things… is my hope.
Garages, landscaping, entry gates, and front fencing.
The residents are kind people.
