This location has been our favorite location for several years. We have been to others and keep coming back to he Frazier location. Staff has always been so helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

This UPS store does a great job! Very courteous, very efficient when you come in there as a customer. Hands-down, 100 times better than going to the USPS office waiting in incredibly long lines and miraculously your package actually arrives when it’s supposed to UPS!

So upon tracking my package the update stated that it had been rescheduled for next day delivery (5/23), well after not receiving it by 5/25 I decided to call the UPS store at 2200 n. Frazier in Conroe,T.X. 77301 the young lady on the phone was prompted by someone behind her that my package was handed over to the USPS to be delivered I then inquired as to when I "might" expect delivery and was told it would be delivered by USPS the next day which would've been fine except well 5/25..........is a Saturday and as we all know USPS doesn't deliver on Sunday so I feel like they handled the delivery very poorly and were not well informed of the whereabouts of my package shmh very disappointed

The customer service at the Conroe store pos7330A employee 270252 was absolutely amazing:) she was working by herself and the store was super busy ( which was not cool) but she kept a smile on her face at all times:) I don’t know her name but she’s awesome ? wish more people could be like her… thanks for being so nice to me:)
