Had to book a hotel last minute and my stay here was ideal. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel itself was full of guests, but everyone was respectful and quiet. Best part is that they’re pet friendly 🐕

Would 100% recommend staying here! From check-in to check-out, we felt welcome and well taken care of. We were offered help and accommodations during check in, even with pouring rain and a cart full of bags! Breakfast was delicious each morning and staff worked hard to make sure it never ran out. It was also different each day. I wish we had stayed longer! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our girls loved swimming in the outdoor pool. The location was perfect for a quick trip for anything we needed during our stay. Thank you so much to the team here for making our stay memorable!

Spent 11 nights at this property while my new home was being completed. The property was clean, safe and very comfortable. Th staff is absolutely amazing!!! Management cares about th guests, you can tell. Trust me, stay here!

I had a great stay at Towneplace Suites in Conroe, TX! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of options to choose from. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

This place is infested with termites. Checked in, our room had over 80 that I caught over the course of an hour. They tried to give us another room and same thing. Place needs to be fumigated immediately and shut down until issue is cleared. Ended up having to check out at midnight to go to another hotel. Disgusting.

This place is truly dog friendly! We had just picked up our pup from Houston and our car broke down in Conroe. We had to stay here for two nights. Couldn’t have been a more perfect place. Nice walking paths, trash cans everywhere for dog waste, and even snacks for him at the front desk. We called the hotel before, told them what was up, and they cut us a deal on the suite. Thank you! They have a good (FREE) breakfast, nice rooms, and a great location next to shops and Walk Ons—check it out it’s good food—They were so friendly at the hotel. Special thanks to Olman and the other attendees. Next time we come to Houston, we will stay here first.

This hotel was so so clean and the room was the perfect size!! The water temperature and pressure were great and the beds were super clean!! They made sure the hotel was super clean and the breakfast was pretty good!! Awesome hotel and if you’re in the area definitely consider a stay here!!

Clean rooms and good breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked nicely in this heat. Off the road too so you don’t hear the highway and if felt very safe. Wish they actually did full service cleaning though during our stay since we were there for ten days. They only refresh. Staff was friendly. There is a small convenience store and one computer and printer in the business center. Washers and dryers cost $2 each.Safety: Very safe. Fenced and lit parking lot with some cameras.Food & drinks: Fairly large and nice grill and bar within walking distance.

The free breakfast was amazing! The location is great. However upon checking in, if you are a cash payer we were about to be scammed! The bigger younger lady helped check us in and tried stealing almost over $50 from us in change! Count your money count your change. It definitely was not an honest mistake she tried to nip us quick. I noticed right away and situated it and was given back the money. She did tell me she'd call me at the end of the night if her drawer was "short" knowing she was trying to steal the money so pls be aware of your change and money charges ! This was during may 20, 2024- may 28 2024

After a 6 hours drive for a meeting I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Expedia because they gave my room away. Booked and paid for a king studio a month in advance. Showed up and they said they sold out all king studios. The reason they said they sold out was for an event. I asked what kind and they said there was a funeral… meaning they gave my room away a few days earlier. Didn’t notify me in the days leading up or let me know at all until I showed up. They only had a guest room inside another unit in the corner. Odd situation where you have to use your key twice and share a common space with another unit that was a king studio. Walked in and the person was cooking a full stir fry curry type meal in their room. It was like trying to sleep in a restaurant kitchen. They moved me to the same set up on the other side of hotel. It was the worse room in the hotel a double queen with a bad layout. I told front desk and they told me to call Expedia. I did and Expedia agreed but said the hotel hung up on them when they called. Hotel offered no compensation even though I paid more for the king. They told me all their rooms are the same rate. They are not on Expedia and there was a huge difference in person. The king suites are nice. The corner units are not. I used to really like this hotel. It has changed for the worse. Don’t book here.

The location was a fine place. The service at the hotel was below par. The front desk was friendly enough when you could get someone from the back office. We had to run down to the lobby each time we wanted a towel or toiletries. However the worst part was the lack of housekeeping. We had multiple days were they just did not service the room. No towels no made beds and we begged for a vacuum and they just would not do it. I had it in mind to ask for a day refund due to the poor service but the general manager was not available. Overall I will choose another on my return trips.

Great location, right off the highway! Close to shopping and restaurants. TownePlace Suites is exceptionally clean and breakfast is included. Waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and oatmeal.Great customer service at the front desk too. I'll definitely come back !
