I got a car from this place and the transmission went out. They sent the car off to get a transmission and “lost” my whole car. Then gave us another beater with bad cylinders, an old batter, a bad alternator, etc. I’ve checked everything when I bought the current car and when I call up there one of the female receptionist is rude and the fact that they don’t answer when you need them but they are quick to take a payment. The car died on me while my kids were in the car I’m the middle of an intersection. DO NOT GET CARS FROM HERE!

Poor quality vehicle for very high prices, shady dealerships that says they provide a warranty but when something breaks that is covered they don’t want to fix it, I had to completely rebuild the front suspension. They are very rude, and demeaning people. Ran into some financial trouble for a week and was 6 days late on a 1 payment, my vehicle taken and would not be give back even though I had 2 Payments in hand ready to pay.

It was a great car buying experience. I was in and out within about 2 hours, but I had completed the application online. Pedro was very helpful and efficient!Jennifer came in to introduce herself and explain how to make payments. She was very kind and knowledgeable! It was great to meet her! Super friendly! ❤️

Things started off ok. Then got bad fast. I bought a pearl white 2009 Ford edge wich appeared to be a nice clean ride. The sales man was polite and during the test drive something was shaking as you go up hill. The sales man promised they would make it right. 7 days into my purchase of the car it over heats. I call and tell them , they had car to two weeks fixing a thermostat. I paid the tow bill, they paid for the repair bill. One month later the car overheats again. This time the water pump. This time they kept the car three weeks. When I finally did get it back oil was leaking down the passenger side of the engine bad. Apparently the machinic didn't put the engines valve cover gasget back together properly. Two weeks later the alternator went out. A machinic freind fixed that for me. I could only have imagined how long they where going to keep the car and still want there payments this time. Now the anti skid and abs light stay on and the transmission is shaking . I call and ask to speak to who ever runs the car lot and he was very rude and wanted to get load and talk over me ,bully style. The same way he spoke to a lady in a pervious post on here. At this point I got very upset as anybody would and let him know I didn't appreciate his buly tactics and they didn't scare me. This car lot didn't wanna put me in something more reliable nor refund at least the deposit regardless of the money I put into it on top of all the time it was broken down in there shop. So I told my account representative ( Jennifer) I was tired of the car and all the drama connected to it and would bring it back to her. She agreed to take it back without any problems. The very next day it was picked up whilel I was at work. She didn't give me the chance to bring it to her as I promised. Now they are playing games with giving me my personal stuff inside the car. They claim this is a good car, please good cars don't break down this much any good moral person would agree. So this has not been a good experience. Feeling ripped off.They never wanna tell you what sho you're car's in. Please pay close attention to the horrible excuse the owner has for talking to Marlee the way he did in the previous post on here. The owner never puts his name on here. Humm.

I went in there to make my payment and I was asking about auto pay and why it went through my bank again; some guy comes walking out and starts demeaning me in front of a bunch of people I didn’t even know. I just want him to know that I am a strong woman and I will continue to make my payments on my car, and I have not been late and I do not appreciate what he said to me I know what my age is and there’s no reason for him to be joking around he does not know me personally. That is a great way not to get new business.

I see the bad reviews, and have to wonder if it's not competitors having folks comment. Pedro was great ,got us in a good car with little down. Now, so people dont think I'm just blowing smoke, we ran into some financial issues and could not pay for several payments, I was given every chance they could give me to ,just pay something , to not lose it , unfortunately I just was unable to do so , but when it was taken , I was able to get it back with little fees added. Jennifer is great ,even when I know she wanted to tell me off, she stayed professional and stayed friendly.

Almost regretting my purchase. Not even 2 days later my car broke down. They are not open mondays which is when my car broke down. Stranded on a business trip i had to stay at a hotel. Wait til the next day and luckily it started. Contacted them and no loaner car to get mine in the shop. My car continuously stalls. It is so inconvienent! Still waiting for them to make it right. They had other vehicles i was interested in but they were not in best of shape as u can see fresh oil leaks around the gaskets.I thought mine was the best pick but im thinking I got ripped off. Sad ? of course it was easy to get in with a deposit and they are friendly but they sell auction cars and not in best of condition for too much. Its not their fault they work for a shotty company.
